The location was convenient being very close to Insadong street, however it was very noisy. Also, the walls are SO thin, i can hear the next door person cough or sneeze, among other things... (if you know what i mean) to the point where i had to bang on the wall to 'request' some consideration of volume. My best guess is that the beds are on the same wall.. So, though the property itself was convenient and comfortable for the most part, as someone traveling with a young child, i do not think i would return to stay here again.

The hotel was always clean and staff very attentive to our needs. They speak English which was good for us. Location was good and near places of interest with easy access. The only matter was that demonstrations were taking place near a plaza there and it will be held mostly in the evening. Overall excellent experience!

전반적으로 만족하나 좀 더 신경 써서 청소를 하면 좋을 거 같아요. 창문에 먼지가 많아서 한 번 닦았으면 좋겠고 소파랑 책상 사이에 손톱도 있고,, 직원분들은 다 친절하셨어요! 조식 포함된 요금으로 결제했는데 음.. 종류가 많이 적어요. 풀떼기가 많아요. 위치는 좋아서 인사동 주변 구경하기 좋아요!

I really like the location of this property which is closed to all the attraction places. The Sub-way is just around the corner and heaps of dinning and shopping area right in the foot step of this property. A super & eye opening convenient store just located in the same building of this property. Worth a visit of all robotic control convenient store in South Korea. Friendly and english language speaking staffs are super too. Property itself have a self checked in & out luggage storage which is very convenient and useful for hotel guests.

Great newer property perfectly located in the Insadong tourist area and close to Anguk station. So many great dining options just downstairs and walkable to a of the palace attractions and Buchon Hanok houses

Lovely hotel with lovely service, Rooms are spacious and have a great view of the temple (we got the temple view room tho). Really convenient located in a shopping centre and with a convenience store downstairs. Good location in Insadong, walkable to some major attractions.

Nine Tree in Insadong is located in the heart of Seoul, minutes walking distance from Gyeongbokgung Palace, right next to Insadong shopping street. Plenty of good food within minutes of the hotel. We appreciated the choice of 9 different pillows, which is a signature of Nine Tree. Loved our stay.

I like that the location is in the midst of tourist attraction, like, very short walking distance to Gyeongbokgung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace, Hanbok rental shops, and Jogyesa Buddist Temple. There are many cafes surrounding the hotel for you to take a break and chill. And I also appreaciate the surrounding sovenoir shops, which sell beautiful souvenoirs at reasonable prices. Within the hotel campus, there are many restaurants for you to choose from. From Korean bbq to other authentic korean cruisines. Hotel premise and it's rooms are clean, neat and tidy. This is a mordern tech hotel with facilities like self-check lockers for your luguage storage and self check-in / check-out stations.

New shops and eateries in mall attached to the hotel. Craft fair going on on street level. Front desk will call a taxi for you to go shopping and to the airport. Steps away from INSADONG shopping street and restaurants. GS25 convenience 24 hour store on 2 nd floor. Super modern, robotic food machines ir ice cream, pizza and cotton candy. If you have late arrival there are food and beverage options here when everything else is closed. Seemed like sheets are changed daily.
