Hotel room is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is near airport bus pick up stop ie going back to the airport but airport bus drop off can be quite tricky especially if airport bus driver transferred you from 6015 to 6001. If dropped off across the street, you will have to carry your bag/s thru the underpass to cross.

Right in the middle of Myeongdong shopping street and City Hall Station (although both are about a 5 to 7 minute walk). All front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. One staff even recommended a korean brand face wash which i really appreciated cause i had left mine at home. Convenient but expensive breakfast buffet located at the basement. If you're looking for a reasonable priced hotel in the city center consider booking here!

I stayed in a Line Friends Cony suite and it was styled very well! The room was very cute and welcoming. Having Brown and Cony accents in the room made the stay very fun. The washrooms were also neatly styled with the wooden floors.

Location was pretty good. Public transportation option is great, the bus stop is very close including the airport bus. Subway a 10-15 minute slow stroll away. Lots of places to eat nearby. Convenience store very close as well. There were a lot of guests so the lobby got crowded at times. Money exchange machine in the lobby. The staff can call you taxi at the front desk. Staff was accommodating to my requests and needs. The ONLY downside (or upside depending on what you like) is the bathroom. Frosted glass door and walls. You can see pretty much everything through it, not clearly, but you get a good idea. They were currently changing out the hinoki baths throughout the hotel, my room hadn't been changed out so it was old and felt unusable. I think once the baths have been replaced throughout the hotel, it would be a better stay. Not saying the stay was bad to begin with, it was nice.
