Beautiful House in Ses Salines with Private Pool, WIFI and Air Conditioning

Beautiful house 2 km from Ses Salines, for 8 people, overlooking Cabrera.
It is distributed in 4 rooms (3 with double beds and one with 2 single beds), 3 bathrooms, equipped kitchen and living room.
Internet and tv smart tv.
Outside a large porch, 10x4m pool, 6 sun loungers, 3 terraces and garden with stone barbecue.
Very close to the sea (6km) with beautiful beaches and coves (Es Trenc, C. Llombards, s'Almunia).
Ideal for families with children and groups of friends.

The house has 150m2, and 80m2 of terraces, is located on a plot of 14. 200 meters, there is a lot of silence and tranquility, ideal for relaxing.

We have a baby cot and high chair.

To get to the house from the airport you have to follow the indication to Santanyi, and when you arrive in Campos, the indication to Ses Salines, once there the meeting point is at the gas station, where we will wait for you to accompany you to the house.

The time of entry is at 4pm, and the departure is at 10am.

There are many country roads, without cars, that communicate with other villages, are ideal for sports, running, cycling or walking.

Simply wonderful

Tinos and Marias house is very nice, clean and well-appointed! The house owners are very, very friendly! We spent a wonderful time (2 families, 4 children aged 1, 2, 3 and 4).

Wunderbares Haus für einen Familienurlaub

Es hat uns allen gut getan, in die Ruhe und Großzügigkeit dieses Hauses einzukehren. Unsere Enkel haben vor allem den Pool genossen und die Möglichkeit, sich nach Herzens Lust auf dem Grundstück bewegen zu können, ohne Nachbarn zu stören. Man braucht zwar immer ein Auto, muss aber nicht lange fahren, um kleinere und größere Strände und schöne Küstenwege zu erreichen. Mit genügend Leuten oder der Familie würden wir wiederkommen!

Sehr schöne, ruhige Finca

Wir hatten als 8er-Gruppe einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Finca. Durch die ruhige Lage ist man ungestört, der nahegelegene Ort aber trotzdem schnell zu erreichen. Der Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert, Ana hat uns im Ort aufgesammelt und zum Haus gebracht und uns anschließend herumgeführt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub, 5/5!

Traumfinca

Der Urlaub in der Finca war ein Traum!! Das Haus ist perfekt gepflegt und tiptop sauber. Es gab eine nette Begrüßung durch den Eigentümer und für die ersten Tage ausreichend Obst, Kaffee und eine Flasche Wein. Der große Pool wird sehr diskret alle zwei Tage gereinigt und das Haus liegt ruhig, aber in 5 bzw. 10min von der nächsten Stadt (Ses Salines bzw. Santaniy) entfernt. Der perfekte Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub in einer größeren Gruppe!!

Beautiful Finca for relaxing days

Very nice landlords who were always accommodating. The finca is very quiet and beautiful. Large pool and plenty of space for the whole family. Especially the layout with the 3 bathrooms is great. The kitchen has everything you need. It is a relaxed walk of about 30 minutes to the village. If you don't want to walk that far, you need a car or bicycles. Everything was perfect for us and we will gladly come back.

Großes, sehr ruhiges Haus in guter Lage

Viel Platz im Haus und auf dem Grundstück, phantastischer Pool, sehr sauber - so, wie man sich es wünscht. Die Einrichtung ist funktionell und hat alles, was man braucht, inklusive beschatteter und - falls erforderlich - auch komplett überdachter Sitzgelegenheiten. Tino ist ein sehr zurückhaltender Gastgeber, der aber bei Bedarf sofort greifbar ist. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen !

Die Finca ist wirklich weiter zu empfehlen .Wir waren zu 7 und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Ein Mietwagen ist notwendig , da der nächste Strand und der Ort ses Salines nicht fußläufig erreichbar ist. Im Ort ist das Restaurant cassais eine gute Möglichkeit abends essen zu gehen. Allem im allem ein schöner Urlaub mit großem Pool . Von dem Vermieter ,der mit auf dem Grundstück nebenan lebt , haben wir nichts mitbekommen.

Tolle Finca in ruhiger Lage

Wir, 4 Erwachse und 1 Kind hatten eine super Zeit in der Finca Tiana. Die Finca ist super groß und es war alles da was man benötigt. Der Pool war super sauber und mit dem angrenzenden Rasen super für Kinder zum Spielen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und Tino der Besitzer ist super nett. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Grandiose Finca im Nirgendwo

6 Freunde die gemeinsam eine Woche Mallorca sehr genossen haben :) Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir vom Ambiente begeistert. Eine wunderschöne Finca, die dazu sehr sauber und gepflegt ist. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Sogar Spülmaschinen-Taps, Kaffee, einen Wein kalt gestellt und einen frischen Obstteller gab es als Willkommensgruß obendrauf. Der Außenbereich war ebenfalls super und alle hatten genügend Platz. Sogar der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt und war somit immer top gepflegt. Die Finca liegt mitten im Nirgendwo, keiner hat gestört und sogar die Vermieter, die mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen, haben wir eine Woche lang nicht gesehen und sie lassen einen machen :) Wenn man Fragen hat, stehen sie jederzeit bereit. Vielen lieben Dank für einen so tollen Hotspot. Katie und die 5 Freunde :)

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in Ses Salines

Wir, insgesamt 6 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein Kleinkind, haben unseren Aufenthalt im Haus Tiana sehr genossen. Durch die Größe und die Aufteilung des Hauses konnten wir uns als Großeltern auch mal im Anbau zurückziehen, was sehr angenehm war. Die Kinder konnten auf dem großen Grundstück nach Herzenslust herumtoben. Die Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit und waren bei Nachfragen sofort zur Stelle. Wir würden immer wieder gern dorthin zurückkehren.

Wunderschön, sauber und sehr netter Vermieter

Der Vermieter und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche und nette Leute. Das Haus ist sehr sauber ,geräumig und wunderschön .Die offene Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind groß und luftig gebaut .Alle Zimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoß.Ein großes Zimmer mit Bad ist von außen von der linken Terrasse aus begehbar.Toller Pool der auch sehr gepflegt wird. Super Finca mit tollen Pool

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Insgesamt hatten wir (Familie mit einem Kind) einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Die Lage der Finca bedeutet absolute Ruhe. Dennoch ist man mit dem Auto zügig an den schönsten Stränden und Buchten Mallorcas. In Ses Salines gibt es nette Restaurants. In weiter Entfernung kräht mal ein Hahn oder es wiehert ein Pferd. Den Sonnenuntergang mit Weitblick vom begehbaren Dach zu verfolgen, ist spektakulär. Der Vermieter wohnt auch auf dem großen Grundstück, man wird aber absolut nicht gestört und erhält auch keine unerwarteten Besuche . In der Finca fanden wir einen sehr gut gefüllten Obstkorb, Wasser und Wein zur Begrüßung vor. Der Pool ist mit 10m klasse, so dass man auch tatsächlich das Gefühl hat, nicht nach 2 Zügen wieder wenden zu müssen. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind sauber und alles funktionierte reibungslos. Die Terasse ist sehr schön angelegt mit Optionen, sich zu setzen oder in einer Hängematte zu schaukeln. Da wir schon mehrere Fincas auf Mallorca gemietet haben bleibt etwas störend die Wasserpumpe im Keller, die auch zum frühen Morgen zu laufen beginnt, was bei etwas leichterem Schlaf (den wir anscheinend haben) in einem Schlafzimmer recht deutlich zu hören ist. Hier sollte der Vermieter ggf. etwas verbessern. Wir haben einfach das Schlafzimmer gewechselt, dann war es kein Problem. Die Ausstattung ist normal, deutsches Fernsehen gab es nicht, was für uns aber nicht wichtig war, möglicherweise ist das auch möglich. Wir haben nicht danach gefragt. Die bewässerte Rasenfläche ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Es fehlen ein paar Kräuter im ansonsten steinigen, typisch mallorkinischen Grundstücksbewuchs (wunderschöne Olivenbäume ), ein Gemüsegarten existiert nicht, keine Tiere in direkter Umgebung. (Hühner am Ende des Grundstückes). Wer einen Urlaub in absoluter Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig aufgehoben. Wir würden wiederkommen.
