Loved our visit to Gatlinburg our cabin was perfect! We came back one evening and our door would not open, called maintenance and they were excellent! Quick to answer the phone and respond.... they came out and changed the battery and we had no further issues. This was not an issue that one could have predicted but knowing that there is someone that could respond quickly is a good feeling!!

Great mountain getaway!

Great cabin in the woods/mountains
Cabin was great! A steep drive up the mountain road leads to this great stay. Had a huge screened in porch with a hot tub which made for nice relaxing nights listening to the night. Beds were all comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need.

Great Mountaintop Cabin
This was the second time that we have stayed at this property, and it did not disappoint! Great spot, room for everyone and all the conveniences of home. So close to Dollywood that you can hear the train whistle. We WILL be back again!

To start the drive up the mountian was a lot but thats just an FYI. When we walked in the house had a musty smell. Kind of like a wet basement. The walls are banged up to say the least. Cobweds in the corners and along the walls. The wall by the sliding door had a spil that was never cleaned and the bathroom molding was black. We got there late and when i messaged the property manager he told me i could leave and i would not be charged. How do i gind a new place at 10pm, after a 10 hour drive? In the king bedroom. There was very little space to walk and on one side there was a soft spot in the floor.. the comfortable in the bedroom had stains on it. This place looks good in the pictures but its not. How it has an excellent rating is beyond me.

Great location so close to Dollywood. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings! The family room was a little tight but it was fine for a family of 6. I am sure we will be back next year.

Great spot!
Nice cabin very clean. Well stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils. Living room is cozy for 8 but very nice. Location is great to all the attractions and the view is amazing. I would recommend arriving before dark. There are several tight hairpin turns. Otherwise awesome property.

A nice get away
This was a first get away for a while. Everything was nice and our dog loved running up and down the stairs. Everything needed was provided. Hot tub worked properly. Only issues were the controller on Pac-Man game was less than responsive and while the tables next to bed were cute, I have a sleep machine and could only sleep in a couple of spots due to room and a space next to beds. Over all good experience.

Great location - Close proximity yet remote
Property matched online description. The location is close to Dollywood and the Pigeon Forge strip yet you are remote and away from the hustle and noise of the strip. Cabin rooms were not large but ideal for just sleeping and hanging on the nice screened in porch. Property was clean and communication was spot on for arrival and departure. Will visit again.

Right in the middle of everything!
My family and I loved this chalet. It was exactly as advertised. In fact, maybe even a bit better. With the exception of a VERY steep driveway and some nerve racking country roads, we loved being at the top of the mountain, secluded in the woods but still right in the middle of everything! We will definitely be back!

Close to everything, yet quiet
This property was close enough to Dollywood that we could hear the evening fireworks, but tucked away in a quiet place. Cades Cove and other National Park areas are closeby as well. We had a minor issue with the a/c, but the property owner took care of it straightaway- and did right by us as well.

Great property
This was a solid rental property. It fit our family needs and allowed us access to the area attractions. The hot tub/screened porch was the best part, in our opinion. Beds were comfy. The “basics” are a bit sparse- no wine glasses, spices, hangers, etc,. but it was adequate. Dog hair must just stick- because we found it all over the new sheets on our bed. No biggie- we are allergic, but brought out hypo allergenic dog with us- it the price we pay to bring our dog on vacation. It is steep to get to- but the peaceful views from the hot tub make it worth it. I’d stay here again. Hope the owners put some of the generated revenue into keeping it nice.

Great location! Pretty close to everything
Description and property was accurate. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids and a dog. Views were amazing! We didn’t stay much at the cabin but the king and queen beds were comfy. Only thing I would change would be kids room, bottom mattress wasn’t very comfortable and the wall had some wholes in it. Not ideal for a young 6 year old. Otherwise everything was good and I would highly recommend
