Sunny site located on a cliff above the sparkling Seward lagoon, the newly renovated lock off apt enjoys incredible panoramic bay and mountain views, private and peaceful accommodations with high end finishes and furnishings. Custom modern kitchen with Hertco cabinets, quartz countertops,, hardwood flooring, and top of the line appliances, Miele, Bosch, Kohler, etc. There is a cooktop and a new top of the line drawer microwave for baking. New world class memory foam mattresses in both the stylish new bedroom and the pull out full size sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom has a European down comforter, as well as a down topper and high thread count linens.
