I booked 2 double bed room. Day 1 the staff got us a 2twin bed room and smells bad in the room. I talked to front desk and was able to switch to next door. I’m surprised they got us the wrong room even I talked to the check in clerk and confirming if it is what we booked. Otherwise the service was ok and facility was good.

Breakfast is average, buffet style, but I guess that’s the only option to feed so many people. The location is great, two major mall right across the street, many restaurants and cafes. The property is a bit worn out, no proper bar on the ground floor, only a fancy one on the 36th with a great view though. Internet is ok, but google and .com in general are being blocked.

Prime location, beautiful bunds view.

Prime location, easy access to tourist destinations. Good bunds view, room clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Hotel provided birthday cake to my son is a big surprise.
