Finding the hotel was the first step as Hotel.com didn't provide the address OR even the hotel name in local language. Arriving there, the hotel had a nice lobby, however the staff didn't find my booking even while giving them my passport. It took quiet a long time to check in then. Wifi didn't work neither on my computer nor on my iPhone and no IT to solve the pb. The staff was patient and polite though, besides the lack of solutions. Hotel offered to provide me a free breakfast that I didn't want to use, for both reason that I was in hurry and disappointed. Another point: no room available with one double bed, only twin room with two small beds. Not as confortable as I wished so, especially that I booked the most expensive room they had on the list. A good point noticed though was the two restaurants: one Japanese the other western: very good food and service, nothing to complain about. It was convenient to have these restaurants anyway, as there aren't much convenient stores around. Check out took 20 min, I do speak Chinese fluently but even though, printing machines were broken, staff was doing many things at once. In the end I would say that the hotel is not worth it according to my standards, after 5 years in china. Not my best experience, will not book again.
