This hotel needs a major facelift . The dining options are very limited on a week night and the casino has really declined. We will not return. Much better options in Oklahoma .

Check in person was unfriendly. She put us in a room that had construction above us that started at 7:00 am. When we called the front desk from our phone since the phone in the room was not working, this argumentative person said they should have told us at check in. The room was very smoky, the thermostat wasn’t marked and temperature was hard to control. Water all over the floor in the bathroom upon check in. Pillows are horrible. Terrible stay!

The check in was so easy! The clerk was so nice and very informative. Room was very comfortable. Bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice but it could use some work on the shower faucet, water spewed out of the faucet. But I still give the room a 9/10.

Upon check in, our room wasn’t available. We had to get 2 queens instead of a king. The receptionist didn’t know how to handle a third party booking, like Expedia. When we got to the room. I was not impressed. The tiles are cracked in the entry way and the bathroom. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well. The floors were slightly dirty and there seemed to be bbq sauce dries on the bathroom counter. The fridge worked good and the bed was comfortable. So it will do for the night. Everything seems to close early on a Sunday.

The parking garage smelled heavily of urine, the check in desk had a puddle of water right under where you stand to check in and the poor couple before me dropped their hang up clothing in it. No mention of moving everyone to one of the other 4 check in kiosks that were not staffed. The hotel bathroom had a mirror for makeup that didn’t function nor was it clean. There were black hairs in and around the sink, shower and vanity. It is in desperate need of an upgrade. Immediately came home and showered and we never even stepped foot on the boat itself.
