Great Friendly place to Stay

We stayed for x1 night and also ate in the restaurant side. The manager couldn't of been more helpful, the staff very friendly, food was lovely, the rum was even better. Weather could of been warmer but that's February for you. Would definitely stay again if visiting Shrewsbury. Would of been great if we could of had a breakfast option in the morning too but there are loads of places to eat breakfast in the town.

Great value for money

Great value for money. Good central location. Excellent little pub and food was also very good. TV remote did not work but didnt find out until morning we were leaving.

This is our fourth stay at the Cromwell and we love it! Highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay in Shrewsbury.

A lovely stay and a great location

Lovely hotel in a great location - an easy walk to cafes, shops and bars. Staff were very friendly. We ate at the resaurant in the evening and food was delicious. The pub side was also good with a range of craft ales on offer.

Very very good staff, made us feel very welcome. Really great food, great location, and comfy bed. Its a lively pub which was good but take earplugs if your a light sleeper and early to bed. Not that noisy but you can hear downstairs.

Lovely room

Great little find, perfect for what we needed, no breakfast but that is reflected in the price. The pub downstairs is fantastic, great selection of drinks and very friendly staff.
