The best location we could ask for. Steps from the beach. Short walk to the Village shops and restaurants. This building has four rentals, a small pool, chairs and umbrellas for the beach ( very appreciated) , a cute outside shower to wash the sand off, a parking spot, trash pick up, air conditioning, comfortable bed, cable tv, free WiFi, etc. Absolutely everything you need. It was very clean when we arrived, and smelled nice. ( That’s a big deal to me) The space is small, but we didn’t mind that for our small group. One thing to know, rental 3 & 4 that can sleep four ( with a bedroom plus a pull-out couch in the living room), but you need to be ok with several stairs to get up there. Rental 1 & 2 are ground level. The most annoying issue I had was communicating with the owner. Which I’m not sure that’s even possible, because it’s managed by Vacasa. So that’s what I used. I called several days before our stay. We wanted to know if a air mattress could be dropped off for one of our kids so the two didn’t sleep together on a fold out couch. I was told by a very honest gentleman with a strong accent, they probably won’t do that, but he’d ask. I asked for at least blankets and pillows for both kids if they did have to share the couch. I got a confusing return text the next day, saying “ hope you’re enjoying your stay, an air mattress will be dropped off later”. I replied to remind them we were not going to be there for another 8 days. Long story… We never got an air mattress, never got pillows for the two kids (guest) that were sharing the pull-out couch, only had a fitted sheet and a flat sheet for the pull- out couch. I called and texted the Vacasa management, but nothing arrive our first or second day. Finally for our last two nights, someone dropped off one very thin throw blanket and two pillow cases, but no pillows. I think if I had been able to text or call one person directly, the communication would have been so much clearer and easier. Overall, great stay, we would come back. Thank you.
