We’ve been going here for many many years, it’s finally gone so downhill, this was our last time unfortunately. So many things are now broken we can’t tell if they’re getting ready to sell or it’s getting ready for demolition. The “continental breakfast” is now horrible, it’s literally cereal, toast, frozen waffles and yogurt, that’s it, many people were complaining. Used to be good, now it’s comical it’s so bad. The staff was great, they’re working with what they have.

Overpriced and tired

The hotel was very run down. Flooring was buckled and falling apart in our room. It looked like it may have been water damaged a long time ago. There were mildew stains under the caulk in the bathroom. The hall had a funky odor. The bed was comfortable enough and the linens were decent. Check in was not very friendly. Didn’t greet us, just looked at us until I said I was checking in. Then he poked around on his computer, gave us the room number & the standard info about the restaurant. No smile, no “have a nice stay”.

Property was very outdated, noisy toilet, tv not working properly. Smelled like mildew. Popcorn ceilings, heat wouldn’t stay on. Nice location, property just wasn’t the cleanest. Only stayed one night. Wouldn’t stay longer than that.

The room was clean and comfortable- although there was obvious water damage to the floor in the restroom and entryway. However the reason we left early (and for the poor review) was that each afternoon and evening when we returned to the hotel there was an overwhelming odor of marijuana in the hallway - all the way from the elevators to our room (which was at the end of the hall).

Overall a good place to stay for a reasonable rate these days, especially when looking to make a quick trip to the mountains without having to come back home same day. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I rated this lower due to the beds being pretty firm, we didn't sleep super great. But you get what you pay for!

Evening desk manager is great.

The perfect place for our family to get a couple of days skiing without breaking the bank. The original room we were booked in was not fully cleaned, so the front desk person promptly gave us a new, clean room right next to the original one. She was working by herself that night and handled all of our and it looked like everyone else’s needs with grace and ease. We will be back.

The pictures are not accurate. I was expecting a little better physical condition of the property. Bathroom was in disrepair, furniture was damaged and worn out. Breakfast was limited to carbs. No fresh fruit or protein.

I checked in and went to my room but when I opened the door someone was already occupying the room. When I informed the front desk I wasn’t offered an apology or explanation. It was great that they had a hot tub but I ended up having red bumps on one arm that appeared shortly after. It turned out to be a skin condition called folliculitis due to all of the bacteria in the tub. Stay away from the hot tub!!!

The hotel was very dirty. There was stains on the beds. There was very minimal breakfast. Bagels and cereal only. They had a waffle machine but provided no batter. Over priced just because of ski season.

Our room was “clean” but the shower was cracked and rusted. The bathroom wall had stuff splattered all over the wall. The tv didn’t work. The pool area has a ton of lose tile and missing tile around the pool itself. It’s a very old and worn property.

It was filthy. There was an employee in our room when we got there changing his clothe. Abroken wall mirror was sitting on the floor. Microwave had veen removed...it was very disappointing...even trash on the floor. Would never recommend this property
