Impeccable views but small room size
I stayed in a Premier Marina Bay room, and the size, as per Pan Pacific's own websites and third-party hotel booking websites, was 496 sq ft. However, the room was nowhere close to that size. Just before Pan Pacific, i stayed at Conrad Centennial Singapore, and the room size was 400 sq ft which was significantly bigger than Pan Pacific's. I was hoping Pan Pacific's room would be at bigger but it was big let down to find the room to be quite smaller.

Let me just sum things up: it’s a great property with an extremely helpful and polite Staff, conveniently located with transportation available 24/7. Nice hotel but needs some upgrades. Rooms have musky smell probably due to old carpets or mold in AC vents. Overall great for families and shopping nearby.
