Great stay

Location great, service great including X June at the lobby bar. Maid service was hit and miss we did not get face cloths delivered until the third day after we had already bought some at a local store. Also the maids dropped off differing amounts of towels each day. But the room was very clean.

This is a beautiful property and, for the most part, the staff was great. My only issue is that on the last day there, I found a live cockroach in my bathroom. I almost lost my mind as I have a phobia about roaches. I informed the manager. He apologized and told me to put it in the feedback. So here it is.

Peninsula Hotel Singapur’da Harika Bir Konaklama Deneyimi Singapur seyahatimizde Peninsula Hotel’de konakladık ve oldukça keyifli bir deneyim yaşadık. Otelin merkezi konumu sayesinde şehri keşfetmek çok kolaydı. Ancak konaklamamızı asıl unutulmaz kılan şey üst düzey hizmet kalitesi ve çalışanların misafirperverliği oldu. Özellikle Mala isimli personel, güler yüzü ve ilgisiyle bizi çok mutlu etti. Rica ettiğimizde odamızı Marina Bay Sands manzaralı 18. kata yükseltti. Gece ışık gösterisini ve şehrin büyüleyici manzarasını odamızdan izlemek gerçekten eşsiz bir deneyimdi. Ayrıca otelin temizliği mükemmeldi. Odalar son derece hijyenik ve düzenliydi, temizlik ekibi titizlikle çalışıyordu. Her şey özenle düşünülmüş, konforumuz için en iyi şekilde hazırlanmıştı. Hizmet kalitesi de üst seviyedeydi. Very well located at the center. You need to chosse a bay viey in high levels. The only thing is the noise from the street and also the breakfeast price. Otherwise this is really a central location at the heart of everything.
