Description.

Ground floor: the garden leads to the large and bright air-conditioned living room, composed of sofas, double sofa bed, console table and staircase leading to the first floor; the living room is connected to the dining room, equipped with two tables, and to the first bathroom, divided into two spaces, in which there is an airy walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with a dishwasher, as well as a peninsula with induction hob.







First floor: composed of the second bathroom and the sleeping area: a master bedroom, two bedrooms with two single beds and a second bedroom with a double bed. Each room has air conditioning.







External space: the garden extends in front of the entrance to the house: a large green space equipped with a gazebo and various stations perfect for the most diverse activities, even ping pong. Sunbeds, armchairs, sofas and outdoor tables are available to enjoy the daily life of your holiday at home in the open air, all with a sea view. The external part of the house is completely fenced, the only access is the main gate, in front of which there is a pitch with approximately three parking spaces.
