First off, I would like to apologize to the home owners for this review. It is not your fault that the property management company do not care about your renters.
If you are looking for a bare bones, no frills house with broken items and no communication or support, this is the house for you.
I have proof of text messages and phone calls with zero response or support from the local team. When you call, you get a call center, not a local person. It was record setting heat, over 100, and without A/C, we depended on fans. 2 were non functional, including the ceiling fan on the main (upper) level.
The beds are very hard, had a tough time sleeping due to that and heat. With no cooling, you need to have fans.
I have been vacationing with my family for over 30 years at BBR and this was the worst of the worst as far as communication and lackluster accommodations. Rent from an owner. One that takes care of their home, leaves their direct number for issues and stocks the home with items that someone in their home would need.
