The best part about this house is definitely the location, you canât beat how close it is to Glaze Meadow Pool/Sportshop. The kitchen and dining room were nicely updated along with the bathrooms. But, the details left a lot to be desired. We found broken screens, a serious collection of dust rabbits behind headboards and under furniture, leftover Fruit Loops in the corner by a lamp, and one lamp that didnât work. The rug liners were peeking out (and dirty), and it was obvious the place hadnât been deep-cleaned in months. Some of the new windows even popped open toward me when I tried to use them, definitely not a confidence booster. The couches deserve their own mention: not uncomfortable enough to complain about, but not comfortable enough to actually relax on. Honestly, this would be the perfect rental for a corporate trip where no one should get too cozy binging their favorite show or falling asleep mid-conversation. Bottom line: great location at Black Butte, but the lack of attention to detail made it hard to fully enjoy. If I wanted to stay in a dirty house, I could have stayed home.
