Ok stay for the price.

The hotel was a little further than expected from Terminal 5. Cost £40 by Uber. The room was ok, absolutely stank of cigarettes! The bed was comfortable but the pillows were like bricks. We ate in the evening and the service and food was excellent. However breakfast the following morning was cold, sausages, bacon, eggs etc all stone cold. The choices were excellent and so found something else to eat. All in all an ok stay for the price. Reception staff were amazing and friendly.

Unethical business practice is unacceptable

My major problem was I googled holiday inn express IHG Heathrow T4 where I stayed last year and what popped up was an exact replica except for 1 digit. T5 instead of T4. The very minimum of an airport hotel is to have a free shuttle, but even worse calling it a Heathrow T5 location is blatantly false advertising.

I love everything about the hotel, room for a family of 4 had 3 beds. Excellent breakfast. Bathroom is very clean and new. Bedsheets were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. Would sray at Holiday Inn Express anytime anywhere.

The hotel represents location in its name as Terminal 5 but you have to take a 10 - 15 minute bus ride or cab to reach hotel. The staff was professional and responsive. The breakfast food was good and varied. The rooms appear dated. There was no closet or drawers to put your clothes in. I was with 2 others in the room. There was a coat rack only. The temperature in the room was cold. The room had a thermostat which was raised when I left in the morning but had no effect when I returned 12 hours later. I mentioned this to the front desk as I was checking out and the person said the individual thermostats don't work but its controlled from the front. PUT A SIGN UP TO INFORM PEOPLE OF THIS.
