It is a lovely place to stay.we have rented it twice.
This is a beautiful and peaceful property. This is the second time we stayed here and plan to return again. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and even provides Organic Coffee! The master bath is fantastic and very distinctive with a big glass bathing area. I love the huge bar and Kitchen counter. The view to the ocean is lovely. The fire pit is great to roast marshmallows. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a fun and memorable time at the coast!

Beautiful home
This home is beautifully decorated and maintained. The pictures are spot on and completely accurate. Plenty of space for our group of nine to comfortably sleep and eat. Teens loved to have the basement space, with games galore, all to themselves. Just be aware, the basement space is not connected to the main level internally. You have to go outside to get to the lower level. A bit odd, but not a big issue for us. Great location, close to the ocean and beaches as well as the redwoods. We would definitely stay here again!

The House was beautifully decorated and well appointed. The roll away beds were actually comfortable! The only thing we missed having was a DVD player as we brought several movies to watch.

Nice location, ok property.
This is a nice property for a large group close to many attractions. Pros: - Well stocked kitchen - Lots of games and activities provided (board games, pool table, etc.) - Nice views - Big Washer and Dryer Cons - We booked for 11 people and there was not enough bedding for everyone. We had to dig into the bins labeled for housekeeping only. Since we rented for 11, there should have been sheets on beds or available to make up beds for 11 people to sleep. The rollaway beds were both downstairs, no sheets or blankets. The downstairs sofa bed said there was bedding in the ottoman, there was not. Because of this, we did not have enough duvets for everyone and had to use throw blankets from the sofas on the kids beds. I texted the property manager that we did not have enough, but she did not bother to send someone to supply us with adequate bedding. - It wasn't as clean as other vacation rentals we have stayed at. The kitchen garbage had refuse from the previous occupant. There was garbage inside the downstairs ottoman and things like socks and small toys under the beds. Just little things the cleaning crew missed which makes you wonder how well they actually cleaned especially in the covid era. - The property description at the time we booked did not mention that the basement and upstairs are not directly connected inside. We may have booked elsewhere had we known this, but by the time another reviewer mentioned it we couldn't find another accommodation in this area for a group of our size.

Amazing Place
Wonderful property in great location! We spent time in all of the nearby beaches (CA and OR), Redwoods parks and even the nearby casino. The teens loved the separate area in the basement with the pool and foosball tables. Thank you for sharing your great house and we can’t wait to come back!

Fun place for family!
Property was clean, open floor plan to allow for a family of 9 to spend time together. Beds were really comfortable! I enjoyed having the game room downstairs so our 19-23 yr old kids could hang out late while we slept upstairs. Will definitely book again!

Good, Clean Rental
We had a good experience at this rental. It was clean, had modern furniture, and the beds were comfortable. The location was about 20 minutes from Crescent City. It was close to a beach. The kitchen and the laundry room were very well stocked. The only big drawback for us was that the game room is a separate entrance from the other part of the house. We had kids and were planning on having them sleep in that part of the house. Other than that, it was a great rental for us!

Great place to stay!
Very comfortable stay in well kept home. Everything was clean and well stocked. Home was spacious enough for our family of five. One thing we may have missed in the description is that 1 bed/ 1 bath is downstairs in a completely separate ‘apartment’. We thought the stairs connected the two floors inside but they do not. Would be great for a family with older kids who would like more privacy. Overall a really great find… would love to stay again.

Lovely little escape to the beach full of thoughtful extras, like pretty potted plants, coffee and teas, extra necessities on hand such as toilet paper and paper towels, comfortable pillows and mattresses, extra blankets, environmentally conscious soaps and cleaning products. Everything feels fresh and peaceful and we so enjoyed our stay!

Our family had a wonderful time enjoying this beautiful home. It was very comfortable and clean and very well stocked. They even bought an instant pot to us to use there. Amazing
This place was an amazing stay and super thankful they were able to accommodate all our players and coaches. Everyone loved it. Would recommend staying here again. Caught several players enjoying the views at morning and at night. Very spacious and clean. If you can reserve this spot then do it. You won’t regret. Game room was great and everyone enjoyed it.

Fantastic stay
We had a fantastic stay. The house is gorgeous, spacious, and sleeps the quoted numbers well. The amenities and kitchen are fantastic. Plenty of space around and the property offers great privacy. Views were gorgeous as well. I'd definitely recommend this property.

Great spot!
House is spacious and feels, and smells, new and clean. Plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably, and lots to do to keep everyone entertained or to just relax. Enjoyed the fire pit, pool table, and big screens for college football. Only small negative is proximity to the beach (short drive, though). Very enjoyable weekend!
