There's nothing to do around there except for the beach. You have to drive anywhere that you want to
The locke situation is not a very good situation.Sometimes that works sometimes it doesn't. All the towels smelled like cigarette smoke, but that was fixed.The cleaning crew brought new in. A covert door was broken off. The ice machine did not work and the air conditioning broke when we were there and the homeowner had to come and fix it.

Great beach house!
Lovely home that was perfect for our extended family. Very comfortable furnishings and beds were amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very easy beach access. We definitely hope to be back!

Great for the whole family
We very much enjoyed our time here - the house was great for our multi-generation family to enjoy and relax, with easy access to the beach, which was beautiful. And each evening we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from our decks on the rear side of the house. The house and the location were perfect for our family, and everything we hoped for, for our trip to the beach

Nice stay for large family
We had a great time! There were 7 adults and 3 children and we even had an extra bedroom. Plenty of seating, things to do and so close to the beach. Loved the community pool, and the private hot tub that we were able to use. Will definitely book again :)

This is a great location. Plenty of space. Great beds! We all slept great. Nice location to the beach. We enjoyed our time very much. Host was accessible and we enjoyed great communication. We would stay here again. A grocery store was 10 minutes away and Surf City is close by.

This property is absolutely perfect! It was our second time staying at this property- we thought about staying somewhere else but didn't want to be disappointed. We had a great time in N Topsail! The house was perfect for our two families with very easy beach access and the community pool. Having a master bedroom plus 2 other bedrooms and a bath on each floor worked so well for our families to each have our own floor/space and then the beautiful top floor to be together. The beach was lovely and not at all crowded. We would definitely come back to this house in the future!

Our 7th year renting in Topsail; 4th time in this community and 1st at this residence. Always a great time - beautiful beach and clean pool. Views are spectacular. Plenty of space for an entire extended family and enough room to properly prepare a dinner for the household so you're not stuck dining out every night. Everything functioned as intended and described - certainly interested in returning in the future.

Lovely vacation home
We loved our stay, plenty of room to spread out and such easy beach access. The knives in the kitchen are actually sharp and nice quality, something I’ve never expected in a vacation rental, so that really stood out for me. The clean and large community pool is also a nice thing to have if you need a change of scenery from the beach.

Our New Favorite Spot!
Family has been going to Topsail for years and have stayed at many homes on the island. This house was gorgeous and super convenient. Thomas made the check in process super smooth. We will be returning for years to come!

Great location! Very close to beach and pool. Lots of parking and space. Clean. Great decks and views. Elevator was a plus. Easy check in and check out and communication with the manager. Be sure to bring extra blankets if you want to lay on the sofa and read a book…linens are sufficient but if you prefer extras, be sure to pack a few.

The best of both worlds
We had a great family vacation at topsail beach. Tom’s property was perfect. It was very spacious and we loved the lay out. We all loved the hot tub with the ocean view. This property is perfect for families with kids. The pool and beach are right across the street and the pier is a short walk down the beach. The north side of the island was less crowded which was also nice. Tom was great to work with and was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. We plan to return soon!

Family vacation
Our stay was wonderful, the home was just as pictured. Check in process was easy and the manager was super nice and helpful. We had 9 adults and 1 child during our stay and had more than enough room. We enjoyed the pool and beach, which was a very short walk from the house. My husband and sons went fishing on the pier that was near by and caught a bunch of fish. We had a wonderful stay and definitely would recommend to everyone.
