Welcome to Your Premium Mountain Getaway in Our Chic Treetop Townhome!

🛏 Accommodations:
Unwind in our spacious three-bedroom, newly remodeled end-unit townhome (renovated in 2022). Offering 1,650 square feet, our unique layout features:

A master bedroom with a King bed, an ensuite half-bath, and private access to a deck overlooking the woods.
Two guest bedrooms: one with a Queen bed and another with a Full bed and a Twin bunk.
A newer sleeper sofa in the living area, accompanied by a SMART TV for your entertainment.

FULLY-Equipped Kitchen:
Our inviting kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting modern amenities like a Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, waffle maker, and high-quality pots and pans with all the tools you may need to cook including pizza slicer, lemon juice squeezer, garlic press, etc.

Prime Location: We're the closest Treetop unit to the Ballhooter lift, Split Rock Pool, and the Village—all within a 100 to 300-yard walk.

Kids World Activity Center: We are just a few steps away from the new Snowshoe Kids World activities (kids lessons).

Peace & Privacy: Being an end unit, our townhome offers added privacy and quietude, as there are no neighbors above, below, or behind. There are also no loud hallways, loud village noise or early morning snowcats.

Convenient Parking (Now also gated): Unload groceries or skiing equipment easily with parking available right at your door, plus additional spots in the communal lot.

Just a 5-minute walk (.17 mile) to the Village, featuring restaurants, shops, and equipment rentals.

Our unit offers strong Wi-Fi, recently updated, and is one of the few locations in Snowshoe where AT&T cell service is available.

Community Amenities:
Revel in the communal firepit, with firewood provided, or basketball hoop, or dine outdoors using our picnic tables.

Our contactless check-in and check-out process uses a unique keycode, allowing you to bypass long check in and check out lines and start your vacation immediately.

Wonderful place to stay for a ski weekend
Treetop #1 was a great place to stay for a ski weekend at Snowshoe. The unit was clean and had a lot of room and all the stuff needed to cook for teenage boys. It is located in a quiet part of the mountain but close to the lift and village. The owner was great to message with for information. I would recommend this unit for a great family ski weekend.

Perfect Getaway
We had the best time at Snowshoe and this cabin is what put it over the top. We had 13 inches of snow the 4 days we were there, temps were in the single digits, so it was awesome coming back to such a cozy, warm place that feels like home. Getting to and from the slopes was so easy and convenient. We will definitely be back!!

This house was perfect for all our needs! Very cozy and had all the extras that you could think of, such as blankets pillows kitchen necessities, etc. Close to the slopes with a short walk right off the back of the house. Also close to the Village. Our host had excellent communication and answered all my questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for a ski weekend
Pre-check in: Christie was really great with her communication and clear in instructions prior to making our ski trip to Snowshoe. The Stay: What a nice surprise when we opened the door. The welcome gift was such a nice touch. Having a drop off point in the entry way available for all our ski gear and winter boots was really appreciated. No one wants to wear their gear inside the house. The kitchen was well appointed with good quality cookware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, dishes, and cups. You can tell that Christie likes to cook by what is provided. She even provided K-cups for the Keurig. The bedrooms are nice and the bathrooms had all the necessities. Water pressure is good and water gets plenty hot. House was very clean. Check out: I appreciate that Christie did not leave instructions that were the length of a novel. Very simple and easy to follow. We were even allowed to leave the towels hanging up and linens on the bed. Much appreciated! Overall, the home was good for our small group of 3 adults. We were originally going to have 6 and all the bedrooms would have accommodated us. The location of the home is also good. 5 minute walk to the village or 5 minutes to Ballhooter lift for a quick ski down the mountain. After you do that, you can access all the other lifts to spend an entire day on the slopes.

We had a great time staying at Tree Top. Comfortable furniture and layout in dining and living room bedrooms cozy everyone slept well mattresses, pillows and linens great quality. Preparing meals was great and convenient with stocked supplies in kitchen. Easy walk to ballhooter lift. Instructions well posted for home use and checkout . We would we love to stay here again.

The property managers were wonderful with communicating prior to our stay. The information they shared about rentals and reservations and things to do was detailed and very helpful. Tree top 1 is an excellent place to stay. Very nice, clean, exceptionally well equipped. I think it's better than the description. I highly recommend staying here. It is a short but easy walk to the slopes. We had no trouble with it.

Everything you could want within walking distance to the best parts of Snowshoe. We couldn't be happier with our stay at Treetop 1. Christie is an amazing host, sending updates on when lift tickets went on sale, along with links to all their favorite activities and restaurants. The unit's kitchen had everything you could ask for, from a crockpot to glass storage containers for leftovers. AND Christie was super responsive to all our questions (even over the Holidays). Amazing experience all around. Thanks so much Christie for a wonderful New Year's family Ski Trip!!

Property managers are awesome, very thorough on all details. The home was very cozy and stocked with all the essentials. We spent Christmas there with friends and family. First day there we had two deer walk right up to us. It was beautiful!

We love this condo and usually come once per year. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking supplies and gadgets. So many improvements (small & large) have been made in recent years. Short walk to the ballhoooter lift.
