Place was nice enough. Unfortunately, they have a very rigid checkout time that is earlier than industry standards, and they will not allow large checkout. Told us a cleaning crew was coming in right at 10am and we had to vacate, which was false. This made it quite difficult to try to ski the day of checkout and deal with a 2 year old and 6 year old. They also locked me out of ski locker area at 10am exactly so I was unable to retrieve my family’s skis. You need to find a way to be a bit more flexible in checkout times that is more aligned with industry standards and respectful hospitality.
The cost benefit ratio is quite poor. I was charged an absolutely absurd 44% host fee above the nightly rate. For this rate you would think the services would be all out full hospitality bedding over backwards to make our stay as fantastic as possible. Not the case. Essentially minimum standards of hospitality were provided.
In addition to the 44% host fee, we were also charged an 18% service fee.
Other relatively minor issues.
The sheets were low quality.
Television did not connect to internet, so none of the streaming services works. There was a DVD player, but no way to connect it to the TV.
Despite there being a cleaning service we were still responsible for dumping our own trash, running dishes, etc.
the hallways were too warm for folks wearing ski gear. Especially when carrying lots of baggage and waiting for elevator.
