Great stay!
The room was clean with a beautiful view. It was nice to have a washer/dryer combo in the room. The wait for the elevators during busy times could be very annoying. During check out we waited for 20 minutes and then decided to ride the elevator up to already be in the elevator to go down to the lobby. The lobby on the 6th floor was very nice and spacious. I was traveling with two kids and the play room was very helpful. It says there is a cafeteria and restaurant and there were neither as far as I ever saw. There was a coffee shop, but that was it.

The weekend was super packed and everyone had to register to check in. I've never seen that kind of inefficient system for hotel check-in. The hotel needs to reprogram the elevator control software to reduce waiting time. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The city view had beautiful ocean view.

Convenient location, very clean and spacious. Only 2 elevators are used per floor taking forever and almost always full. Parking lot gets chaotic on weekends.

We experienced two incidents of blackout at night. Their staff unable to give us why those incidents happened. We did not feel safe. Also, we felt unsure if it is worthy for staying here as the way they communicate between their staff and to their customers was not professional, way below par. Don’t be deceived by their newly built property. Their quality of service needs to be addressed seriously.

청결상태가 너무 좋았습니다. 구석구석 먼지 하나 없었어요.. 엘리베이터 사용이 너무 힘들어서 솔직히 차에 두고온걸 가지러 갈까 하다고 포기했습니다. 엘베 기다릴때도 선풍기 하나 없어 너무 덥고... 간식 사러 내려갈까 싶다가도 안가게 되고....

신상 숙소로 아주 깨끗하고 직원분들 넘 친절합니다. 근처에 걸어갈만한 거리에 해수욕장이 있다는것도 큰 장점이네요. 단점은 엘베가 너무 별로에요. 엘베 4개가 다 같이 움직여요. 타보면 알아요. 너무 잘못 만들었어요. 엘베 빼면 아주 좋아요.

일단 엘리베이터 완전 꽝이에요 한참을 기다려야해요 사람들 불평도 많고요 주차시설도 안내해시는분이 있음 좋은데 없으니까 여기 막히고 빼고 엄청힘들었어요 경관은 굿입니다

룸도 좋았고 속초 중앙시장으로 걸어서 20분거리라 편하고 괜찮았는데 체크아웃할때 엘리베이터가 최악이었어요~ 체크아웃 시간에 맞춰하시면 최소 20분 이상으로 엘베를 기다리셔야 합니다! 어떤분은 화내시고 계단내려가시더라구요! 꿀팁이라면 체크아웃시간을 피해 일찍 나가시거나 무조건 올라가는 엘베타시고 내려오셔야 체크아웃하실 수 있어요
