We stay here quite frequent with no issues but we had “neighbors” that were far enough away we should not have heard them. They fought half the line the first night had MULTIPLE children running down the halls yelling and singing at 8am the next morning

Wonderful hotel very comfortable beds and good breakfast with lots of options. The only thing I had a issue with is having to check out towels for the pool at the front desk and bringing them back it was a pain for a very cheesy towel

We loved the private balcony that offered a very peaceful view. The room was spacious and the staff was wonderful. Also we were just minutes from shopping centers which was really convenient. Would definitely stay again. ☺️

The room smells of smoke everywhere and it was a non smoking room. Our room was at the entryway and all smokers were just outside. We only had 2 bath towels and we had 6 people in room. No handsoap or tissue. I called the front desk and they said someone would come. Nobody did until we saw house keeper in hallway to ask for our items. Breakfast was the best part of hotel and close to stores and restaurants. And they are working on hotel renovation so be prepared. I was promised a room for our girls across from us but it was being occupied/repairs so their room was down the hallway. Little inconvenience. Expresso machine in lobby was a bonus treat .
