The house was great. Very clean. Unfortunately, I will never rent from this management company, Vacasa, again. They are incredibly unprofessional. About 5 days before our stay, I requested an early check in, so my son could join us for our family Christmas. I was told that they would let me know if a 2 hour early check in was possible. I offered to pay more. The company Rep said he would let me know. The night before the rental, nothing. I texted and emailed. No response, except that they would let me know in the morning of the rental. In the morning of the rental, nothing. At around 11:30 am, I contacted Vacasa again. I got a message that, if I got no response, then the early check in was not available. It was an extremely insulting text message, especially since they told me when I first called that they would contact me with the answer. When I questioned if they even asked permission from the owner, I again got no response. Around 1:30 pm, I got a message that the early check in was approved. Of course, by then, it was too late to take advantage of it, since my son and his girlfriend were coming from Boston and needed to know in the morning as Vacasa had promised. When Vacasa said that the request was denied, my son delayed his departure and missed the first few hours with the family. It was clear that Vacasa never asked for an early check in until after I questioned them. I will never do business with Vacasa.
