Front desk lady at night was horrible and rude.she had no training whatsoever and didn’t know how to talk to guest.
Dirty. Brown dirty old carpet in rooms. Smell of 100000 feet. Dirt on every light switch. I slept in my clothes to feel less in contact with filth. Far less than expected from Hampton Inn. Next time I’ll just sleep in my car.
This property needs to be renovated. The rooms are disgusting. The lamp shades were damaged and dirty. The cabinet door was broken to the mini fridge. The walls had damage and the rooms smelled musty and of urine. The wallpaper and tiles are hanging on for dear life in the bathrooms. The rooms are overpriced for the bad conditions. I will not recommend this property and will not stay here again. The staff were friendly and no issues with them.
I didn’t care for this hotel. We stayed in room 105 and everything in the room was old. The lights were rusted the smoke alarm looked like it was 100 years old, the carpet was not clean ( it was gross to walk on) and the bathroom has mold underneath the sink that is covered by wallpaper that is coming off the wall. We asked for a different room but we were told that they were booked for the next two nights. My husband took pictures of the mold on the walls. I can’t believe they would book a room in this condition. I would like a refund but I doubt that I would get one
The description, pictures and room accommodation are old pictures. The rooms no longer look like that nor do any of the rooms have the larger tubs/jacuzzi tub which is what i booked.
The shower wouldn’t drain. The toilet clogged and almost ran over. No one on site to fix and was told we could use the bathroom in the office. Room never cleaned and no new towels were brought. The receptionist was very nice and friendly and the breakfast was edible. Was told I’d get a refund!
Seemed really run down. Other than that, nice location next to the highway.

We arrived at 6:02 pm and our room was not ready. After much discussion between the check in clerk and housekeeping, we were given another room. The carpet in this room was stained and dirty, the curtain was difficult to close and had black duct tape, cabinet door to refrigerator was about to fall off, trim in bathroom was falling apart and looked like some black mold in shower. Fortunately we only were staying one night.
Front desk clerk was not friendly. It seems like she dislikes her job. Our rooms was a nonsmoking room that smelled like a combination of urine and cigarettes. Room was outdated and not in great condition. I would not stay there again and definitely would not spend $170 a night to stay there.
