Bed was way too “soft”. No soap in bath- asked twice for it but never got it. Stayed 2 nights and room was not cleaned after 1st night. Key cards quit working the second day before checkout time too. Convenient location, though

There was broken glass all over the paid parking lot. They charge more than downtown LA to park as a guest. Had to get new parking tickets 3 times because the readers are glitchy. Couldn’t get out at all when leaving and had to go get a staff person. Refrigerator in the room made the worst high pitched noise every time it kicked on. Night staff was rude. Even when checking out, they don’t ask how your stay was as if they know it was sub par. If you are a loyal Davenport Hotels customer this is not the property for you. It is a long ways from what they used to be like.
