This rental was a lovely little place that exceeded expectations in many ways. The property is well-maintained, modern, and clean throughout. You can tell the hosts take great care of it.The only issue I encountered was with frogs croaking loudly throughout the night, which made it quite difficult to get a good night’s sleep. This might be seasonal or location-specific, but it’s worth noting for light sleepers.You may want to come prepared with earplugs.

I spent a relaxing week here and enjoyed every moment. The outdoor patio was surrounded by plants and the property was very well maintained as was in the inside. The frogs were a great way to fall asleep. I will definitely be back.

Cozy little get away!

This location was convenient to anything that you needed or wanted to do. Very clean and easily accessed with its own parking. We enjoyed the stay very well. If I could change anything it would be a comfortable queen size bed. Certainly not a complaint just a suggestion! If we were to come back to that area I would certainly stay again.

Cute!

Safe neighborhood. Hubby went for a walk each morning. The property is clean! You park in the driveway and follow the little cobblestones on the left to get to your private entrance. Owner was kind enough to have the air conditioning already on when we got there so it was very comfortable. It is definitely located in Spring Hill. Close to restaurants and some stores like Walmart. Truthfully, I had thought it was closer to the port, as we had a cruise to get to- but perhaps I didn’t read the description thoroughly enough. That’s on me. The property itself was great and we would definitely stay there again to visit our friends in Brooksville.

Long Weekend Retreat

I absolutely loved my stay! The pictures are exactly what you will find. The property and space are relaxing, clean and inviting. It felt like I had stepped into my own spa retreat after hrs on the road. The location is perfect for exploring the hidden gems that this part of the gulf coast has to offer. And after a days worth of adventures it was so nice to return to my own little quite place to unwind. Hands down one of the best vacations I have had in yrs. Can't wait to plan my next trip!

Short stay in Spring Hill

My friend and I stayed at this property for a weekend. We were very excited to stay, but it didn’t start out well. There was a miscommunication with the lockbox code between ourselves and the owner. They sent us the wrong code several times, and we finally got the correct code from VRBO.That finally got straightened out, but it took about an hour and an half before we could get in.Although the property was very nice and updated, the floors needed cleaning badly. Overall, we thought the price was fair for the value.

Wedding trip

The place was just right for the occasion with maybe just a couple concerns. There was no bathroom door and this lead to a little bit of privacy loss with the room only being a studio setup. The other issue was a lack of space for our luggage. This lead to a bit of clutter while there. These small issues would not keep us from staying again but they could be bigger issues for others. The home was super clean. Beautifully decorated. And the outside private patio was equally beautiful.

I’ve found my Florida getaway home!

Small, but with efficient use of space. Perfect for my needs.Everything I needed was there, including water and snacks. I loved having my own private entrance with a key. And the patio was delightful.The only unfortunate thing was that I couldn’t roll my luggage around the house to my entrance door because it is a stepping stone walkway. But carrying it was certainly doable, and I needed the exercise.I will definitely be staying here again.

I was presently surprised how safe the area is. The walkway is well lit. The home is clean, small but spacious, very neat, equipped with all the necessary items I needed. It is nicely furnished, the bed was great, and welcoming.
