Creston House 11E est un spacieux condo de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain en bord de mer. Situé juste au sud de la rue Augustine à Crescent Beach, vous allez adorer le calme et la tranquillit��. Creston House 11E dispose d'un bon choix d'équipements, y compris Internet sans fil. La chambre principale a un lit queen size confortable, d'où vous avez une vue directe sur l'océan. Les chambres secondaires disposent d'un lit queen et de deux lits jumeaux.

L'espace de vie offre également des vues spectaculaires sur l'oc��an à travers les dunes. Le temps des repas sera un jeu d'enfant dans la cuisine enti��rement équipée. Il y a une cafetière, un grille-pain, un mixeur, un four micro-ondes, un four et une cuisinière à plaque plate parmi d'autres commodités Espace repas pour accueillir tout le monde.

Creston House 11E est très bien situé. Crescent Beach est calme et magnifique. Situé à l'extrémité sud de l'��le d'Anastasia, vous pourrez admirer une vue imprenable sur l'oc��an Atlantique et la voie navigable Intracoastal. De nombreux parcs bordent cette partie de l'��le, avec de nombreux endroits pour se garer. Vous pouvez même conduire votre véhicule directement sur la plage. Fort Matanzas State Park peut offrir une petite aventure agréable, avec une promenade en bateau gratuite du service des parcs nationaux jusqu'au fort de l'île. Allez p��cher sous le pont 206 et personne ne saura jamais que vous n’êtes pas un habitant.

Si vous recherchez un peu plus pendant vos vacances, dans le quartier historique du centre-ville de St. Augustine est à quelques minutes au nord. Vous pouvez prendre dans le plus grand fort, Castillo de San Marcos, ou un ��vénement �� Francis Field. La fontaine de jouvence, les disciples, croyez-le ou non, saint George Street, Ghost Tours, tours en calèche romantiques et bien plus encore vous attendent.

Mold, dirty, broken, worn with great views
When we entered a strong smell of mold/mildew hit us and persisted the entire stay. There was visible mold under sink, along baseboards and in the utility room which was dirty dusty and where the dishes are stored. Peeling paint, water stains in the main area, dirty walls and baseboards throughout. Many windows as well as one sliding door would not open and blinds were missing and some would not open. Carpets and floors were stained, matted and dirty. The furniture is old, dirty and chipped.In short, there is nothing in this unit that doesn't need to be cleaned, replaced, repaired or repainted.The smoke alarm was missing.We contacted hosts Dora and Marty and were offered one unit with a poor view and were told we would still have to pay cleaning and fees for it. We declined but ended up leaving early as we simply could not stay in 11E another day. Host refunded us that day.The only positive is the view. This is the worse VRBO I have ever stayed in and if this is an acceptable standard will not rent from them again.Stay away from this one unit at all costs!

Favorite place to stay at St Aug Beach!
My family has been visiting Creston House since 2014, and we love it! The buildings, pool, and grounds are well cared for. Super proximity to the beach! We like that its on the quieter end of the island. The unit has beautiful views and is a perfect location! I would definitely recommend it!

Good condo for the price but needs some improvements
I was happy with how clean the condo was & the space it provided for us. We are a family of 5. The things I would recommend is fixing the leak coming from the upstairs shower. When my kids would use the shower, the roof would leak into the living room floor. I would have liked tvs in every bedroom. Also a washer and dryer would have been great! I booked the condo after realizing there was no washer and dryer in the room. That is a must when you have 3 daughters! There were also small black bugs in the condo. That wasn’t a huge issue for me but it did make 2 of my kids sleep downstairs on the couches. Overall the condo was great for the price.

Pros: +Quiet location with direct beach access and views. +Close enough to St. Augustine to go into town but far enough away from the traffic/noise. Cons: -Maintenance and upkeep could have been a little bit better but all in all adequate. -Communication between owner and property management was poor… Owner didn’t realize we had rented the unit and scheduled roof repairs DURING our stay (we declined to let them in). -Marty (property manager), was quick to respond to our questions but not very welcoming…short, curt incomplete answers to some of our questions.

This is a spacious 3 bedroom duplex perfectly located on a beautiful beach. The interior could use some upgrades, especially the vertical blinds that appeared to be old and some of the individual blind slats had fallen on the floor when we arrived. Additionally, there were several huge water bugs (common in Florida and tropical climates) when we arrived and others while we were in the property. We immediately wrote and called the property manager. We did not receive a call back. On the 3rd day we were there, I called the property manager again to make sure they had received our messages. They said they received the messages and would make note of the problems. We would have appreciated a more rapid reply. We also did not want to be responsible for the faulty blinds. Otherwise it is a good property, simple decor, full kitchen…good for a beach trip. Wi-fi and TV worked well.

The location is one of the best in the complex. Quiet at night, beautiful views in the morning. Easy walk to beach- good sized pool. Great artwork and comfortable beds. We will be back!

The 4 of us were very pleased with the area we were in. Beautiful view of ocean, great beach, very clean and friendly unit we stayed in. Short drive to everything we planned to see. would stay in this unit again.

You get what you pay for.
Arrived to find that there is no assigned parking for each unit. First come first serve for parking and guest parking is all of maybe 8 spots. I’m pretty sure there are more units then there are parking spaces on the property. Unit was not clean, none of the 4 sliding glass doors locked and one was even missing the entire locking mechanism. The upstairs bathroom shower/tub is only a shower as the tub doesn’t work. Sliding closet doors are off track and some are missing knobs or the knobs fall off. Listing mentions nothing about a washer/dryer which is my fault for assuming but the washer/dryer situation is shared with the property. We were unable to get a parking pass bc the office was closed so we had to cross our fingers there was a guest spot. Marty is no help at all and cares as much about helping the tenants as he does caring for his property. We decided to leave the second day and find somewhere else to stay. Listen to the poor reviews and stay elsewhere. Being on the beach isn’t worth staying here.

Creston House and the grounds are impressively well maintained, It has some age on the facilities but that is expected. Overall the accommodations we great, the location is amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely stay here again. A site map would be a great addition to the email with the door codes etc. showing the location of the unit, office, laundry area, trash bin, and parking areas, but a little investigating had us straight. Thanks for the great stay!!

Great location!
Easy check in, property was just as described. Beautiful views of the beach. Parking was a bit tight on the weekend but was always able to find a space. Not as updated as other properties we saw but we loved it.

Good location - Not the best place to stay
The location was great. You are right on the beach, and within driving distance to the St. Augustine area. The apartment was a bit outdated, and seems like it’s not very well maintained. First of all, it didn’t seem like it had been cleaned. There isn’t a washer and dryer, so I really question how they wash the sheets after every visitor. The bed in the second bedroom was the hardest bed I have ever slept on. Seriously, a futon would have been more comfortable. The biggest issue was that when we went to get our parking passes, we were told we could only have two. We had three vehicles. I feel like it should have been mentioned that you can only have two cars, so that people can plan ahead. There is absolutely no other nearby places to park. What are people supposed to do if they have more than two vehicles? Also, the roof deck is a great spot to hang out. But when we arrived, there were two broken plastic chairs to sit on. So great place to hang out if you don't need a place to sit, and just prefer to stand the whole time.

Unit was not cleaned when we arrived. Called management, cleaning people arrived within 20 minutes. Waited by the pool and didn't get in until about 5:30. Unit needs some serious cleaning and updating. The grounds were kept up nicely and the pool area was very nice. Handle on sliding door was broken, screen door was ripped, slats missing on the window covering in master bedroom, just to name a few. Pictures of the unit must have been taken years ago.

St Augustine Trip
Location of the condo was excellent. The unit was clean and the kitchen appliances were fairly new. However, this unit needs some work to bring it up to a rental level. First of all, a week prior to our arrival we were told there was a leak in the master bathroom shower and it could not be used. Disappointing but not the end of the world. The operable shower upstairs has the original fixtures from 1974. Tub fixture is corroded and does not work to fill up the tub, which if you are traveling with a small child, is a necessity. The valves to turn the water on and off are leaky. Which is probably one of the reasons this unit has a cockroach infestation. There was a cockroach killed almost every night I was there. Mainly in the upstairs bathroom and upstairs main bedroom that has its own vanity. They were inside the vanity cabinet as well as on top and running across the carpeted floors. I have pictures and video of these roaches. They were very large and red, with wings. (American cockroach). Being in subtropical weather, bugs are expected to a degree. I have visited many tropical and subtropical places and have experienced a bug here and there but this place has a roach problem and needs an exterminator. My mother in law is from Puerto Rico and was very disturbed to see such huge cockroaches in the unit every night. Also, all the screens to the patio doors are ripped. The evenings were very cool and we wanted to enjoy the ocean breeze and leave the doors open to get fresh air but unfortunately every single screen was ripped. There were beach accessories in the closet, however when I opened the umbrella a strong breeze damaged the thing. One end was held up by a hair tie and was over used and ripped so I bought a new umbrella as well as one folding chair for the beach and left it for others to use. This place has so much potential and the location is beautiful, but it needs some TLC and someone to invest the money into repairing the bathrooms, roach problem, and the screens among other smaller things.

Perfect location
This is a perfect corner condo with great views and a beautiful beach. We cooked a very large Thanksgiving dinner and there was only one essential item missing (which I baught and left for all to follow) - a cheese grader. :-) You can't go wrong with this unit for the space and location. It could use some updating, but don't let that deter you....it is absolutely worth it.
