Perfect Place and would stay again!
First thing we noticed when we walked in was how spacious, clean, and welcoming it was. We had 6 people in our group and never felt like we were on top of each other. It is on the 2nd floor with stairs and an elevator right beside it so it was very convenient getting luggage and beach chairs to and from the car. The parking spaces were right in front of the stairs. There were plenty of bath towels, plenty of seating inside and on the balcony, and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and cookware. And the beds were comfortable with smart tvs in the master bedroom and the queen bedroom. The room with twin beds had an older, smaller tv but we didn’t need it anyway. The pool was perfect. Never too crowded and had plenty of tables and chairs. It was a little walk to the beach but we didn’t mind it. It’s right across the street from public beach access and parking if you would rather drive instead of walk. We walked most of the time. And there are several REALLY good restaurants right beside the condo. We walked to those as well. If you need groceries, there is a Publix just a couple of miles down the street. Communication with the owners was on point! It was never more than a few minutes for them to respond if I had a question. They also left us a gift card to Island Doughnuts (which is also across the street and VERY good) and a bag of coffee!! We loved our first vacation to St. Augustine and will definitely return and stay again

Excellent location! Loved that we could walk to the beach and to so many restaurants! Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the birds in the lagoon in the complex! Kitchen was very well stocked - nice skillets to use! We loved being able to eat at home! Nice of the hosts to give gift cards to Island Donuts - very yummy and walkable! Small things - sofa in TV room isn’t very comfortable - one of the side chairs felt rickety - some bath towels were stained. Small things that could be easily corrected - and overall experience was excellent!

This condo is in the perfect location. Easy to walk to restaurants and of course to the ocean right across the street. And if there are any questions about anything, Erin and John respond immediately. This is a great condo for families with children or for just adults.

A Superior Vacation Experience
The condo was superb; great furnishings and a great location. The amenities were great; for example, there were plenty of towels, beach paraphernalia, televisions in each bedroom, kitchen utensils, and family games. The complex had a heated pool (84 degrees) which was kept in superb condition. Erin the host was terrific and stopped by to help with TV remote ( some of us were technologically disadvantaged.) She also left a pound of coffee for our use and a gift card for the donut shop directly across the street from the complex. Parking was in front of the condo and there were numerous visitor parking spots. The complex is near the fishing pier and we got a great view of New Year’s Fireworks show and the Space X launch from NASA. There were numerous restaurants and beach stores in walking distance. The condo had beautiful patio which had a great view of the pool complex and the pond which had lighted fountain. I would highly recommend this condo for a vacation at St. Augustine Beach, Florida.

Great Beach Location
The stay was wonderful. We had a great time! We visited local restaurants within blocks of the condo, beach pier for fishing, rented a motor scooter, walked along dunes and crashing waves at Anastasia Park. We went to down town St Augustein on a Friday which was a lot of fun touring sites and visiting shops. I hope to go again next year! Suggestions for the condo purely preference and just in general; overall a lovely site with great views —we loved it! We loved the couch, balcony with sunrise view, and overall layout. Master bed was comfortable. I would suggest a new coffee pot, such as a keurig/carafe combo. I’d suggest the keurig pods stocked. The single keurig appliance could also be updated as stated above. The coffee gift was appreciated! The dishes were plentiful. The nonstick skillet could be replaced, it’s old. The refrigerator was nice. Additional dishwasher pods and trash bags were needed. The tv in the smallest room could be upgraded. The twin beds were not comfortable. Other beds were good. The alarm clock battery was dead and no lightbulb in the lamp. These are all just suggestions to improve the overall quality of the space, not reasons to go elsewhere! Lastly the storm door needs a hydraulic closer kit, the door would slam shut if the wind caught it or stay open if not carefully managed. Erin was awesome!!

The condo was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. The only downside was it was a little farther to walk to the beach, and the beach didn’t have easy access at times. Overall. this was a great place to stay and we enjoyed our time here.

Perfect Location
The condo is across the street from the beach and only 4 miles to historic St. Augustine. The restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive. The owner's are very nice people, and when we had a few issues they were prompt to solve them. Overall, a great time. We stayed for most of the month of March. Thanks to Erin and John

Perfect for family get away.
This property was so great for our family of 5. We were close to everything we wanted to do. The condo was lovely and we were very thankful to be able to rent it for our kids spring break. Stayed 6 nights with my friends & family, 5 of us total. Had plenty of space to accommodate everyone comfortably (although the beds were a bit uncomfortable for all of us, we are all over 50 so that probably had something to do with it too...getting old stinks!!) Fully stocked with everything we needed, from toilet paper to laundry detergent to beach chairs & floaties. The beach is just a quick walk across the street & worth every early morning to catch the sunrise. We had a fantastic stay & definitely would return to Sandy Feet in the future!!

Convenient Location - Beautiful View
This condo was perfect for our small family and small children. Property owners were very accommodating and responded to messages quickly. Even offered to ship some left items. The TVs in the bedrooms are small and outdated and need to be upgraded. However, each TV had cable. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It is a short walk to the beach and right in the middle of most of the restaurants on A1A. We would certainly return to this condo.

Perfect location and very clean!
We stayed at this condo because it was significantly less expensive than condos located directly on the beach and it didn't disappoint! Short walk to the beach, pier, park and close to restaurants and shopping. We had a small repair that needed to be made and the owner was very accommodating and responsive. Fantastic stay!!
