Where do I begin... our stay has been AWFUL!!!!
There are bugs in our room, the bath tub is rusty and stained, the heater sounds like a car muffler, the room is dirty. The floor is sticky and every surface is covered with dust. The sheets are old and towels are old and stained and need to be thrown away. The door barely closes. You can see the outside from inside the room. The door's bolt lock does not work it's broken. The hatch lock on the top part of the door is missing. So no secure lock on the door. I told the front desk employee about these issues and asked to be switched to a more sufficient room. She said she would get back to me the same day and NEVER did. The microwave sits on top of the fridge and has to be MOVED to the vanity to be plugged up because there is no plug for it behind or above the fridge. RIDICULOUS! The worst part has been the horrible strong stitch of a smell in our room. It is breathtaking. We have had to open the door everytime we are in the room to get some type of air circulating in order to breathe. We have smelt cigarettes and Marijuana in our room coming through our vents from people using in their rooms. We are all sick now bc of this polluted air in our room. There are no workers or any type of security ever walking the property. I had to call the police one night bc a couple that was in the room beside us was arguing and slamming doors and things inside their room and outside ALL NIGHT LONG! Another night, i had to call the police AGAIN bc
