Great home to stay in
Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Top floor perfect for teens with their own balcony and living room. Every room has its own thermostat for comfort. Close to grocery store. Beds were very comfortable.

Nice place to stay
This was a nice place to stay, worked really well for my family particularly with the individual bathrooms in the three main bedrooms. Plus the other two bathrooms. The family room by the kitchen was a great place to gather.

Soccer Stay to Play
Had a soccer tournament in Saint George. This property was amazing and clean. Our host was fantastic with rapid response when I had questions! Perfect set up for multiple adults and their soccer phenoms! Would absolutely love to book again, we travel here twice a year for soccer!

Good set-up for two families and father-in-law
I was worried that the layout of the 3-floor townhouse wouldn't work for two families and a father-in-law, but it worked well to have the adults sleep on the second floor and the kids on the third floor. The townhouse is new and in very good shape. An unexpected bonus was that the pool in the center of the complex was heated warm enough, even in chilly late December! The one downside was that the kitchen was cramped when we cooked for 12, but we managed. And we found all of the kitchen equipment we needed for a pancake breakfast and a taco dinner.

Great Selection for Location, Space, Facilities and Everything!
I have rented numerous properties through VRBO and others, so I am an experienced renter and traveler. This property was very clean and furnishings were excellent. I wanted a place with 5 bedrooms which is difficult to find, especially at a decent price. This is a fantastically organized 5 bedroom with 4 1/2 beds; plenty of space with plenty of privacy. Everyone loved their space but also so enjoyed being together. The kitchen and main floor eating area is not huge but very workable. We had one meal together and easily had 11 people eating in the kitchen area. Other than that, various families fixed their own meals and then ate together or while others fixed their own. It all worked. The pool and outdoor areas were fine for the kids. Loads of walking areas for those of us who walked each day. We hiked, golfed, walked, played in the pool, the rec center and just couldn't get enough of the area or of being together. But BEST of all was this property! It cannot be beat! It is just a fantastic place to be with a family or friends when you need a space for a larger group. Great communication! Great host!

Great Weekend
A mixed group of friends, couples and singles, enjoyed the weekend in St. George for the fall tour. This property worked out well to accommodate the group, giving privacy and space to everyone with the bedrooms that had privately attached bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with all the main dishes and utensils. The bathrooms had soaps and towels. There were separate pool towels for the ones that chose to enjoy the pool and hottub. All worked well! Thank you.

Loved our stay!
Great place, was clean and very well put together. The pool was right across from us and it was so nice to be in a place that fit our whole family. Communication was good and the check in and out processes were easy. Highly recommend.

Great, multi-family space
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. It is our favorite property to date and we travel quite a bit. There were 3 families and one single adult in our party. Each family had a large room with an ensuite (HUGE shower) and a large, streaming-capable, tv. It has totally changed what we will look for in the future. The property was beautifully decorated, well furnished with comfy beds and couches, and well appointed with all the amenities we needed. It had a nice, medium size pool just across the street. We were able to fit 2 Ford Explorers and a Honda Accord in the parking spots in front of the house. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze. As far as checkout, they asked you to wash/dry pool towels, load the dishwasher, take out the trash, and turn off the lights. We've been to so many rentals that have asked for more than this on top of a huge cleaning fee, so we didn't mind at all! We've found our rental for all our Red Rock trips. Thanks for the great stay!
