Great Place to stay
Very spacious place. We had 7 people staying with us, everyone had their own rooms, plenty of room for people to hang out together. A few minor things need maintenance ( normal things) Pickleball courts at each end of the building!!! Played everyday. Wonderful place to stay. Would definitely stay again!!

Great place for a large group!
This was a great place for our very large group. There was enough space for us all to be together. The home is clean and well kept. The location is just where we like to be, close to the shopping centers and entertainment. The guess pass to the Las Palmas swimming resort was an added plus.

I am not trying to be mean but I have stayed at hundreds of VRBO places and this one was so dirty. the carpet on the 3rd floor was so stained and dirty, the carpet on the 2nd floor was stained also with bleach spots everywhere and the carpet by the TV on the first floor was so dirty, we could not find a vacuum to clean it up. Also the flooring on the first floor was so dirty our white socks were brown by the end of the day. We got water on the floor and when we wiped it up with a paper towel the paper towel was so black and gross. I don't think they have been moped or vacuumed in a long time. The 2nd floor pink room the fan in the bathroom never turned off, so annoying. the air conditioners in each room were so noisy probably because the filters were so disgustingly dirty!! the Kitchen was overkill with all of your labels everywhere, so much stuff, if the microwave is broken replace it instead of putting another one on the counter taking up space for our food because you overloaded the pantry with stuff. No place to put our groceries. You tell us to park one car in the garage but you had a ping pong table in there so only one car in the driveway. DO BETTER!!!! If you know roaches will come in then fill the huge gap under the front door! DO BETTER

Had such a great time! Was able to put all of the kids on the 3rd floor and adults and the second. Great location close to everything. Floors could have been a little cleaner, but overall we loved it and would stay again!

Lots of room!
Overall we had a great stay with our family of 14 (kids and grandkids). It was a fun place with a lot of amenities and had just about everything we needed. There was plenty of room for us all, and I loved that most of the bedrooms had attached bathrooms. The kids loved being able to go to Las Palmas, although one time when we went they only let in 8 of us. I didn't get it, because we had all gone in the rest of the week. We did have an issue with the key pad. We just took the garage door opener with us the rest of the trip in order to get in. Management was very helpful with other issues. I would have appreciated a vacuum and mop to clean up the messes during the week. And the carpets could use a cleaning, but overall it was a great place for a large family with a lot of little ones!

Great property that sleeps a lot
We enjoyed our stay here. The property is in a great location and sleeps a lot of people. The triple bunks would be better used for children than adults. The door codes we were given were incorrect, but Utah's Best quickly remedied the situation with great communication via text . Overall, the property was clean and well-maintained, but the carpet would benefit from a cleaning. I would stay here again.

Great number of beds and rooms, but lots of issues with housekeeping and maintenance items.
Although we enjoyed our stay overall, we had multiple issues that were a nuisance. Great number of rooms and beds, and bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. Problems: filthy carpets, had to clean AC filters ourselves to get AC to work properly, missing remote, broken shower curtain, clogged drain in tub, and door codes and internet passwords that didn’t work.

We absolutely loved our stay! We were traveling with friends and this place had everything we needed. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the location and it felt less crowded than many of the places we have stayed in St. George. Will definitely come back!

Hard to Find
We put the address of the property into Google. We came at night, in the dark. Unaware of where exactly the property was...Google brought us to a parking lot in the back of the property that had a gate that was locked. We just didn't know where to go or where the actual entrance was. After driving around the area for 30 minutes, we stumbled upon the actual entrance. Since it was dark, "The Vue" sign was not lit at all and a very small rust colored sign on a boulder & we only saw it during daylight hours the next day. Another problem we had was that we never got sent a code to get into the door. After calling may different numbers to try and get ahold of someone, we finally got texted a code. We tried this code 20+ times and the numbers on the keypad would disappear before we could even hit the # button. By some miracle, it finally worked. Then we had a problem again after the door closed, I texted the phone number again that sent me the code and she replied with " oh, that door has issues, it sticks and you have to push hard on it" ... well, we pushed on it and the whole door frame & plate completely broke off! Therefore, we were not able to lock the place up the whole time we were there. Besides not being able to find it & the door...we had a very nice stay. It was big, clean, comfortable & really nice! I hope the keypad & door were fixed for the next guests & the Google map really needs to be updated. Cheers!

Family get together
Had a great stay. The rooms and facilities were clean and in good repair. Slept 20 comfortably. It was raining most of our stay but the condo was not crowded. We took full advantage of the indoor pool, ping pong table for internet and televisions. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels for the bathrooms and swimming facilities. All in all a great stay.
