We had six guys for a golf trip to the St. George/Mesquite area. The property worked well for everyone. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was sufficiently equipped, and the location was fine. The property manager even got us a subscription to youtube tv for the week at our request prior to renting the property. We had a little difficulty communicating with the property manager on some minor questions, but it was the week of July 4, so I understand.
Unfortunately, that difficulty communicating has continued concerning an overcharge and the security deposit. On June 14 (it is now July 25), I was advised that the overcharge would be refunded that day. On July 19, I let the property manager know that I had not seen that refund, nor had I seen a credit for the security deposit. The response I received (also on July 19) was that he’ll “dig in and find out what’s going on.” I’ve since sent three more emails, on July 21, 24, and again this morning, and have heard no further response.
Accordingly, while the accommodations were nice, and we enjoyed the property overall, the lack of communication after the stay and failing to issue credits causes me to only give one star.
