Cette maison de ville vient d'être terminée en octobre 2018. Tout neuf et très luxueux. Les gens ne tarissent pas d'éloges sur la tanière à l'étage avec 2 lits superposés complets (8 personnes dans une chambre).

Sort littéralement de la maison de ville est l'immense piscine avec un dôme d'eau pour enfants, un toboggan, 2 bains à remous et une cascade. Utilisez le barbecue et profitez de 5 téléviseurs intelligents Roku avec un accès facile à vos divertissements préférés, notamment Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO et plus encore. Nous avons pré-chargé Netflix sur tous les téléviseurs pour votre commodité.

Perfect Family Stay with an Amazing Pool

Softballl Tournament
It was a quick weekend for our daughter’s softball tournament. Place was great. I wish they had left more “sand” for the shuffleboard. And I couldn’t get anyone to respond to me with the Roku code so I could download Fubo to sign into my account. But it was a good stay.

Great stay! Definitely will book again!
The only thing I had an issue with was a smell coming from laundry machine when I got there, and an only mentioning it in case someone else encounters so you know it is very short lived and goes away. The water took a while to warm up but as soon as I reached out to the host, I got a text back and a plumber shortly after. Even though the water issue resolved on its own, they double checked to be sure when arrived. It’s a quiet but fun area, but we weren’t there for a house party by any means, so I appreciated the serene location. Very family friendly near so many great places. The house was fully stocked with everything you need, literally only worried about our luggage and groceries. Very accommodating rental and will definitely go back, my family loved it.

This was perfect for our family for the weekend. We enjoyed the location and pool. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean but could benefit from some deep cleaning, particularly the tile and grout in the showers. Also, the bedding and mattresses were average.

The accommodations are very nice. The pool is wonderful. My only complaint would be some of the bedding especially the comforters had stains on them-clearly appearing unwashed. Curtain going out to back porch has food all over it. Master bathroom sink is draining very slowly & needs help. All together, I would go back! Location is great & St George is beautiful! It had everything we needed!

Really nice place to stay!
Great place to stay! Fit all 13 of us very comfortably. Nice to have so many bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked for our cooking needs. We were even able to use the grill outside. It was nice that they had some decor but not so much that I had to worry about my kids breaking something. Only complaint is one of the king size beds had a plastic mattress cover that was very uncomfortable. I contacted the host about it so hopefully they fix it.

Great Stay
Our stay was very nice. We had to call the owner with a plugged drain, but he had a maintenance person there right away. Several remotes had dead batteries that we replaced, but those are small inconveniences. The condo was clean and nice and well stocked! It is located close to everything we wanted to do. I appreciated the fact that we were not asked to do any cleaning before we left. Other places we’ve stayed in charge a cleaning fee but then ask you to do a lot of cleaning/laundry on top of that. I would recommend this owner and condo to others.

Just a few problems
Hot water was an issue. There wasn’t enough for more than two people to take a shower at a time. Whenever the water was turned on there was a terrible sound in the pipes that needs to be addressed. We reported it to the management company and they said they would take care of it. Probably just an airlock but it was very annoying. The condo had not been properly cleaned. All the baseboards were dirty. One bed had not even been changed after the previous guests had left. One duvet cover had fresh blood stains on it. Should have been washed. Was not. Overall it was not a great experience in spite of the fact that we did enjoy our stay in the area. Not sure if we would ever consider returning. The big issue was the cleanliness of the place.

Fantastic mini vacation
Our stay was very enjoyable. Spacious comfortable accomodations. Only complaint was the very noisy water heater even with minimal use. 3.5 baths for 9 people YES! Patio furniture very comfortable and relaxing. Swimming pool and waterfall loved it! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Wasn’t everything i expected
The location of the property was located in very nice area. The inside of house was slightly dirty when we got there. There were not any soaps or shampoos in 2/3 bathrooms, and to top it off the upstairs bathroom shower clogged every time someone would shower. The rooms were all nicely set up, unfortunately in the one of the upstairs rooms there was no A.C. The response time back from manager was horrible. I asked multiple times for certain things and they did not respond. Only one time did they respond. To top it off my mother left her passport & I.D. at the property and i tried calling over and over to try to get ahold of manager to see how i could retrieve it and they never got back to me!!

Modern and clean with a community pool
The kids favorites were TVs in each room! The community pool with an awesome slide and two hot tubs! Parents favorites two masters one on each floor. Large kitchen with room for eight around the table. Easy key pad access. The management company was great to work with as we added an additional night last minute. Great place!!

Awesome stay
This was a great place to stay. The house was clean with plenty of room to accommodate our group. One suggestion we do have is to provide more towels. Refrigerator did not get our drinks cold. May have been the operators, but we tried several times to adjust the temperature and it would not get cold.
