Better than Expected (and expected a lot)
I have stayed at many VRBO homes in great places, none as all around 5 stars as this. The owners were responsive and excellent. I mean, we even got the same photo of the rainbows for ourselves. The property was spotless and the amenities were great. It is likely not the last time we stay.

Amazing home
We booked this home for our family and friends during our wedding week on St. John. Everyone was blown away. Excellent communication with management and amenities were above and beyond. We loved spoiling our family with this property and were jealous we didn't stay there ourselves. We definitely snuck over to hang by the pool with them as much as possible. Very special stay with so many thoughtful details and luxuries. And the views.... best on St. John.

The pictures do not do the property justice--it was amazing! It was a great location close to the North Shore beaches and the sunset views and property itself exceeded expectations. The hosts were great, and provided lots of help and helpful information throughout our stay.

AMAZING!!
Villa Rotunda is absolutely amazing. Our group of 8 people varied in ages from 5 to 50 and this house perfectly fit everyone - plenty of space to spread out and beautiful common areas to gather. The pictures don't do it justice - the view is absolutely breathtaking. Upper Peter Bay is the perfect location - easy drive to Cruz Bay and just up the hill from Trunk Bay. The house was well equipped and very clean. It really was the perfect vacation!

Great place!!
Everything met and exceeded our expectations. The property was magnificent and the location was perfect. Roads were a little difficult but we overcame that. The property was superb. The price was high but was worth every penny. Great! Great! Great! If you can afford this place then don’t hesitate and book it!! Word of mouth is everything and I say it is awesome. Gorgeous Home with a Gorgeous View
Our stay at Rotunda over Thanksgiving with our family was a dream come true. The house is just gorgeous with a view that is absolutely spectacular. The home worked out perfectly for us with our children and grandchildren. There is plenty of space to be together…and plenty of space for privacy when desired. The pool and outdoor spaces are so lovely and inviting. We also appreciated all of the amenities the owners graciously share with their guests including beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, games, pool floats, etc. The kitchen is truly a chef’s dream, and all of the en suite bedrooms was just perfect. We made memories at this stunning home that will last a lifetime.

Memorable stay on St. John's
We have five couples and could not have been happier. Beautiful home and property. Highlights include spacious rooms and shared spaces; mesmerizing views; fun swimming pool; large kitchen and outside grill with all necessary tools; location is great with short drives to Trunk, Cinnamon and Maho among others and a 10-15 min cab ride to Cruz Bay restaurants; Dave gave helpful directions for cabs to ferry on St. Thomas, cabs on island and advance provisioning. Love the Rotunda!!!

Fantastic in every way
We had 5 couples all together for this lovely trip! The house was the perfect amount of space with everything you could need/want. We had a couple bottles of wine, a bag of ice and a yummy charcuterie board upon arrival. We spent most nights in the pool watching the sunset, which is a must! Perfect distance to great variety of beaches and the property manager was quick to reply/help when we needed anything. We all want to stay here again! Thank you Rotunda!

We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years, and this is the only one that was EXACTLY as depicted! The villa is simply breathtaking... the design and layout of the house is perfect for two families. We also have never experienced such attentive service...the house manager was incredibly responsive and super helpful. We want to come back EVERY YEAR!!!

Unforgettable stay
Our extended family of 12 stayed at Rotunda for 5 nights in January. The property is amazing…. Very true to photos and description. Lots of outdoor, dining, and indoor living space for everyone, with breathtaking views at every turn. The kitchen was recently renovated ( huge), which explains the lack of kitchen staples ( condiments etc). House manager David met us promptly in Cruz Bay and took us through the house room by room. He was very helpful and responsive . As far as accessibility to private Peter Bay beach, we were warned and disappointed. Rough road and trail down, with no parking available on our first day. Other North Shore beaches are close and beautiful. The villa pool is great, but a little cool during our stay. Pool toys, snorkel equipment… everything you could need. We Highly recommend Rotunda… you’ll never forget your stay.

Our group of 10 adults enjoyed the incredible grounds and views of Villa Rotunda. The pictures accurately reflect the Villa. There were some maintenance issues that need attention and were not communicated before our arrival( oven didn’t work; broken toilet and no door in apartment).

Villa rotunda was an amazing space for our family and friends to enjoy the island. The views were breathtaking and it had everything you could need. We traveled with 2 children under 2 and adults and everyone had a great time. The property manager, Dave, was very responsive and great to work with. The location is perfect to be able to enjoy the north shore beaches and the beauty of the island. Highly recommend renting this villa for anyone interested!

Nicest Place We Have Ever Stayed!
The villa was amazing, the view was breathtaking, the location (right above Trunk Bay) was great, and the infinity pool was great for the whole family - grandparents, adult kids, and grandkids. Everything was there that we needed, and Dave and Julie were very responsive to additional requests. Every bedroom was quiet for sleeping. Ability to access the Peter Bay beach was nice. We want to come back!

Lovely week in St. John
Our group of 10 had a wonderful time in beautiful St. John. The property, Rotunda, was very nice. The pool was the highlight! The new owners are planning to do some renovations to the living area which will make kitchen area more comfortable. The current kitchen is small, and the high end appliances are nearing the end of their life spans. The planned renovation will expand the kitchen into the dining area which is currently not overly inviting and a bit dark. There were also issues with the main level air conditioning unit, so it was a bit sticky inside for the first few days of our stay. The property managers, David and Julie, were very nice and responsive to our questions throughout the process. David was able to get the air conditioner up and running with a bit of a makeshift fix until the unit was completely repaired by the end of our stay. The bedrooms are lovely, and each has its own AC. All in all it was a very nice stay. The property will be deserving of five stars once the renovations are completed. The views are breathtaking!

Fantastic Property
This is an excellent property for a larger group. We had 14 in total (3 families), and we had plenty of space. It is well-appointed and very comfortable. The pool and views are absolutely amazing! We also enjoyed the outdoor bar and bbq grill. The property managers were helpful and responsive. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Rotunda!

Great group getaway
Property facilities and location were just as we wanted for this trip; easy access from Cruz Bay and to the north shore beaches. Property owner and new mgmt team, Dave and Julie, were very accommodating and responsive throughout the reservation period and during the trip. Dave expeditiously addressed minor items that came up at the start of the trip. All of our group enjoyed their time at Rotunda.

Amazing view of trunk bay + north shore!
This house sits in a privileged area of the island, on north shore! The view is incredibly beautiful! Property Manager did a great job of checking on us, and was available anytime we needed. The house is a HUGE house, with all the “bells and whistles”, snorkel gear, spa, swimming pool, bbq grill, too many things to list! I cannot stress enough (with words) how beautiful the view is from this property.
