La plus belle location pour 2 adultes disponible. Près de la ville, parking sur place inclus. Nous pouvons organiser des dîners privés, des massages dans les villas et des cours de yoga pour le lever du soleil. L'unité peut également être réservée conjointement avec Paradise Suite (n ° 1403042) et Petite Suite (n ° 1403037) situées dans le même bâtiment pour offrir davantage d'espace à la famille et aux amis. beautiful property - wish communication was better
Property is beautiful. Directions to find it were perfect. The views from the patio are gorgeous. The furnishings and layout are well-done.It’s in a very hilly area. I walk a lot at home and didn’t walk here due to the quantity and steepness of the hills. You will want a rental car here. It's not far from town, but roads are too steep and no wide shoulder to regularly walk into town. The villa is large and clean and worked well for us. Great off-street parking. No washer/dryer here. A few other things of note:--WiFi was not reliable. It often dropped. Host provided Netflix but it was unusable due to continual WiFi issues. --Kitchen is sufficiently stocked. --Host provided a large cooler, beach towels and pool towels. We were very thankful for those items!--Patio gets direct sun and no shade in the afternoon/evening making it difficult to enjoy the space that time of day. Morning has plenty of shade on the patio. --Host didn’t respond for 11 hours to messages. She did work out the issues we reported, but the communication delay was frustrating.

We enjoyed every aspect of Paradise Found. From the beautiful views to the amazing pool/deck. It was everything we hoped forWe were pleasantly surprised with the size of the unit as well. Place was as advertised. Beautiful views from the deck. Great location. Wifi goes in and out. So if you need to keep up to date with the real world it can be frustrating. The upside is you are not on your phone. The freezer died during our stay and Hannah was quick to respond. Offered to reimburse us for loss goods. Only loss, no ice for our drinks the last 2 days. Would definitely be back. Thanks for having us!

Truly Paradise
We had the best stay - the bed was very comfortable, kitchen well-equipped and the living area was cozy. We loved the private pool for afternoons after the beach with views of Cruz Bay, and the outdoor shower was great. Hannah was so accommodating and helpful. This place is amazing. Clean, beautiful and amazing views. I highly recommend for a couple. Love everything about this place. Can't wait to go back. St John is a beautiful island, people are so nice, and beaches are gorgeous.

Best Vacation We've Ever Had
We can't say enough of how much we loved the property. Hannah was amazing and so attentive and so fast to respond to ANY questions or needs we had, which weren't many. This rental exceeded any expectations. From the views to the pool, it was exactly and more of what we wanted. It was close and convenient to Cruz Bay. We rented a jeep and we were SO glad that we did to be able to explore the island and get to and from the rental property. The drive to the rental was a fun little drive up and down hills and it was amazing to get to experience "island life" like the locals do. We can't even put in to words how much we loved the rental and the island. We are already looking at dates for next year to return and would love to make this an annual trip to stay in this rental. It had everything and more than we wanted. The refrigerator and freezer...the kitchen altogether... was awesome. The living space was perfect and it was so nice sitting on the couch and being able to look out to the pool and have the view. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for the very accurate description of the property! We can't wait to be back soon!

Hannah was great and easy to communicate with during our stay. The place was located close to Cruz Bay with nice views over St. John! Would definitely stay here again. Definitely recommend renting a jeep to explore the island!

25th anniversary trip
We could not have been more pleased with this experience. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and communication with the property host was impeccable. Pictures do not do justice to this property and the outdoor space was perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed our mornings, drinking coffee overlooking Cruz Bay, and there may not be a better place on the island to watch the sunset. Whether it’s a honeymoon, anniversary, or just a getaway, you can’t go wrong with this stunning property. We will definitely be returning!

Incredible Views
This was our first visit to St. John. I had no idea how lucky we were to find a place with an incredible outdoor living space and views! Hannah was very helpful and responsive. She provided us with several other resources/suggestions to assist with our trip planning including a jeep rental (highly suggested if booking this property). The bed is large and comfortable and there were plenty of towels including beach towels. The kitchen was huge! Our friends stayed in a smaller villa on the same property and we often used our kitchen to cook and dine together. The kitchen could have used a few more dishes (bowls) for food prep, but other than that offered all you need. Overall, we LOVED our stay at Paradise Found Pool Villa and are definitely considering reserving it again for a future visit to St. John.

Beautiful week in St John
Hannah’s villa by the hills has the most gorgeous views. My husband and I really enjoyed being able to wake up each morning and sit out by the pool and look at the water views from all sides. We saw a few beautiful rainbows right over Cruz Bay. The space inside was perfect and very comfortable. It is a quick five minute drive to town, but we highly recommend a jeep or 4x4 of some type.

Spectacular!
A long awaited vacation and the Villa did not disappoint. Hannah was the best host and responded to every question we had promptly. We forgot our charger and rather than go buy one she graciously dropped one for us to use. Definitely would go back. Stunning views and perfect accomodations. Beautiful villa, patio with private pool and gorgeous view is a show-stopper!
Amazing property! We had such a great time at Paradise Found. The patio and private pool was a real highlight - What a view!! We started each day sipping coffee in the morning looking out at the water and islands in the distance... ending the day with a cocktail and an evening dip. Outdoor showers were great. The inside of the villa is modern and has everything you need. The kitchen is amazing. Inside bathroom has a tub and shower, double-sink. Air conditioning worked great. Beach chairs and coolers provided for use. Great location just minutes from Cruz Bay. We will be back!!
