It was nice looking and clean and conveniently located. The beds were a little hard and the pillows need more cushion.

On a cold winter night, the hot water was out for the entire building due to a gas leak. By the next morning the repairs were not complete so we had no choice but to either not take a shower, or take an ice cold one. Needless to say, not the best experience.

The stay was pretty good. The only issue was the evacuation for carbon monoxide that caused me to miss my mother in law’s funeral which was the main reason for my hotel stay. After the evacuation and our return back to the room late that night we discovered there was no hot water in the room so we were not able to shower after our long day. I did report the loss of hot water the next morning to which the front desk assured me there was hot water but I can confirm there was not. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.

The location is in the middle of a strip mall. The gym isn't really a gym. It is a small room with a few things in it. No space to even do any real work out. One of the beds in our room actually collapsed on one side when we sat down on it (we are not heavy people) The teens running around the hall at night wasn't great in terms of noise. One great thing is that they had an EV charger outside the property

This hotel is older, but clean and very adequate for our needs. We have a small dog and it’s so nice they can accommodate him. The price was good and that’s one thing we look for. Close to shopping and restaurants.

We are snowed in at this location and it’s hard to eat because every where is closed due to the snow storm so I had to walk a mile to the closest gas station to find something to eat
