Absolutely perfect!
I absolutely loved the facility and the location! We never even moved our car. Frenchy’s is even walking distance! The condo is gorgeous and so clean! I loved that they provided beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and even toys for the kids. The gym and pool are awesome too! We will definitely stay again

Perfect!
The Avalon was the perfect place to stay! The management is on site 24/7. Our condo felt like a home away from home, we really appreciated the full kitchen and spacious master bedroom and bathroom. The gulf view was nice from our outdoor patio. We never had an issue finding a parking spot in the parking garage. We will absolutely be back!

Beautiful Property in a Great Location
Came to Clearwater for the marathon with a couple of friends. The location was perfect - walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The unit was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the beach. Front desk was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall I would highly recommend. The location was great, clean, good communication w property staff. I would recommend an update on the couch and to not have a scented condo...was a caramel sweet smell which was overpowering.

The Avalon is a beautiful property located just steps from the white sands of Clearwater Beach. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities are very clean! We had post-hurricane business in the area and our stay at the Avalon made a stressful situation much easier to bear. We will definitely return for a longer visit.

Great family vacation location
This is a great location. The condo we stayed in was spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 children. Access to the beach, walking distance to several restaurants and shops, and pool access were perfect for our group. We walked on the beach every morning. The sunrise and sunset is incredible. This is on the quieter end of Clearwater Beach and I was happy we were in the not busier area. I highly recommend this condo and facility in general. We really enjoyed our stay and were very relaxed!

Apartment was very nice, bright, clean, balcony with beach view. Unit has memory foam mattresses and pillows which personally I do not like but many people do. That was my main complaint and why it lost a star.

We usually stay at the Hilton on Clearwater Beach (Hilton points people) and tried this on a whim. Everything was perfect at the Avalon. Location is an easy 5 minute walk to the round about by the pier BUT not necessary as there are good options for dining and live music av block away. The property itself is very new and well taken care of.....can't miss if ocean view is what you are looking for and clos enough/far enough away from the activity. We will go again!

Perfect vacation day in April!
Our stay was awesome! Manager was super nice and helpful. Explained everything thoroughly. All the workers were nice and courteous. The rooms were clean and if you needed anything they got it for you. Location near the ocean was nice. Plus far enough away from the action at the pier 60 that there wasn’t a lot of people. But Easy walk to pier 60 and shops. Would stay again. Lots of shell finds.

Property was very nice and clean, staff were friendly. Not family friendly as far as parking with only one spot per room and all other parking is stupid expensive. Would be advisable to have more beach carts to tote chairs and umbrellas down to the beach with.

Perfect Stay
The property is very nice and the space was fantastic. Location is right on the beach and at the end of the busy Clearwater Beach section. Walking distance to everything. Staff is wonderful they truly want you to have a great vacation. We will be back for sure. Only downside pool is very small. They have an outside vendor for food and beverage. On a very hot sunny day you are not even allowed to bring water to stay hydrated. Not a good customer service approach. Remember we have spent thousands of dollars to stay here and we have our own full kitchen with drinks. Also, two days they were closed for the day. Other than that this place is perfect. Thank you for the daily beach chairs and umbrellas.
