Beautiful condo. Grounds are maintained very well. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very pleasant stay and convenient location
The apartment building was at the edge of the beach front with the sands just about 200 feet or so away. The unit was spacious, clean and well-furnished and looked pleasing. The views from the window of the city and the inner/eastern bay or backwaters were nice. The heated pool on the 5th floor was a great attraction to everybody.The mgmt was generous with the beach towels, umbrella and chairs.The staff were quite nice, helpful and generally responsive. Fernandowho received us the evening we checked in was very friendly and obliging. He was responsive to our complaints regarding various equipment issues. We are giving four stars only because there were too many maintenance issues: Bathroom shower not hot, toilet flush not working, sliding door of another bathroom stuck trapping one of us inside when everyone else was out at the pool and luckily she had the cellphone with her to call us and release her. The clothes washer door was stuck and there was no wa y to open it and we had to call the staff and they had to send the handyman to repair it. Also a 24-hour notice required for cleaning and bed-making was a drag. The free Netflix was nice. However the lack of YouTube via the Roku unit was a handicap.We would highly recommend this to other visitors.We thank the staff and mgmt for our wonderful stay!

Love this property
The property was very clean and just as it was stated on website. Everyone eas very friendly and helpful. We loved how close to the beach it was and that they had beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the beach for us. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect location and comfortable accomodations
This was an ideal location for our family of 6. With 3 bdrms and 2 1/2 baths, there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed and it was nice to have morning coffee downstairs. The beach was amazing and we enjoyed an empty pool every morning. Cons: The skylight in one of the guest rooms is not ideal for vacation mornings and the Avalon limited bath towels to 1 per guest.

Absolutely amazing time in Clearwater Beach!
We had a large party with 2 - 3br units. The Avalon is clean, the staff is wonderful and its walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The beach was beautiful and we had the best time! Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful property!
Four of us stayed for a ladies weekend and it was almost perfect! Proximity to the beach, overall cleanliness and very friendly helpful staff made this a great, relaxing weekend for all of us. If I have any negatives, it would the bed and linen quality; both could be a little better. Still a wonderful stay and being able to tent the golf cart for a day to go sightseeing was an absolute joy!

Lovely stay
We traveled to Clearwater for a short 3-day vacation and were very pleased with our stay at The Avalon Club! The facilities were very clean and well staffed. The 3 bedroom condo was beautiful and spacious for our family of 6. Even the pull out couch and bedding were comfortable. The staff was great and we loved the use of chairs, beach toys and towels for use at the beach. There were plenty of places to eat and shop all within walking distance. We definitely would stay again.

Quick vacation
Had everything we needed for a quick weekend holiday. We were close and walkable To everything and easy to navigate property. My only feedback would be the gym hours. It was only open 9am-9pm which was inconvenient. A 7-7 schedule would be much better. Otherwise great!
