We liked the location of the property. It was within walking distance of the beach and shopping, etc., but far enough away from the busiest part of town but it wasn’t overly congested. The only downside was there was a lot of construction going on in the area which contributed a lot of extraneous noise from morning till evening. However, that was understandable because they were still rebuilding following recent hurricane activity. I would definitely stay there again.

We bought the breakfast package and it was not what we expected. One morning we were told we cannot get what’s on the list only a bagel or muffin because they had a function. We were disappointed. They did have great staff very courteous and friendly

Jeff, Jeremy, Devin and Duncan were amazing staff at this hotel! So helpful, made you feel at home and looked out for you. The Valet guy worked his butt off as well when elevators went down (which was not a good thing). Definitely will stay again! Recommend!!!!

It was just ok. Location was great. But lots of problems. Mostly cleanliness and the building. Biggest issue was the room wasn’t clean, there was blood on the towels and the shower curtain. So so nasty. Next the elevators stopped working at one point. Not fun climbing stairs. They got one working but you had to switch elevators part way through the floor because the only one that went from the ground all the way up was broken.

I’m really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The first room we were assigned had dry pee stains on the toilet seat, and there was a piece of hair inside the refrigerator. Also there was bird poop on the balcony as well. I called the front desk, and they offered us another room. The staff member “checked” it for cleanliness, giving it only a quick two-second glance, and assured me it was better. However, when we got to the new room, we found used underwear and socks in the drawers, along with pee stains on the toilet seat again and also a dead bug on the lamp. Instead of being able to relax, we spent over an hour dealing with these issues, which completely ruined our experience. The staff then gave us a third room, which seemed okay at first, but it was still dusty. At that point, I had to clean it myself, which is ridiculous—especially considering nobody from housekeeping even checked on us. This is not the quality I expected, and after wasting so much time trying to get a clean room, I was told I would get a refund which I never got. I kept calling back and forth absolutely nothing. I even took pictures of both rooms to document the issues. Very disappointed with how everything was handled.

We only stayed at this property for one night. We got there late in the evening and left in the morning for an early flight. Our room was wonderful and very clean. I don’t know about the neighborhood, as we didn’t get to experience it. Everything else seemed to be very good.

Our family liked the room, but the cleaning wasn't done in all the room (mainly the bathroom). We didn't like that we had to pay extra for parking the car in the hotel, specially since it wasn't mentioned in the process of making the reservation.

They purpose for our trip was to visit some old stomping grounds. The location was perfect for us to walk to the local restraunts. The rim was very clean and we were well taken care of

This Marriott is situated right on the water with beautiful views of the bay. It is close to plenty of shopping and places to eat but far enough away to not be bothered by any traffic and/or noise. The staff is very helpful and friendly. If you choose the valet option, you are provided with a scan or number to have your car ready to go as soon as you come down from your room which I highly recommend. I have stayed here a few times mainly because it is so convenient and quiet.
