Wonderful home away from home
We were so fortunate to be able to book this beautiful home for a last-minute trip to visit family with our 3 year old and 5 month old. The house is impeccably clean and better than the pictures show. It has all of the comforts you need. The neighborhood is great and within a 5-15 minute drive of anything you need, including the Pier and St. Pete Beach. And the beds were soooooo comfortable! We all slept great (when the baby wasn't waking up). We will definitely look to stay here again when in the area.

This craftsman bungalow is as-advertised. Very clean, great communication with the host, awesome porch, 2 mile walk to the Pier, very quiet neighborhood, and easy on-street parking. We would definitely stay again.

Great house
Our experience with Lori was excellent. She was attentive to my questions and flexible with check In/out times. The house is very nice and looks exactly as pictured. Overall stay at this house was wonderful. I felt safe but neighborhood wasn’t walkable after dark in my opinion. That’s the only negative!!

Go ahead and rent this charming bungalow
We enjoyed the house so much that we ended up spending most of the days on the comfortable porch enjoying the breeze, sunshine and temps in the seventies. Looking forward to renting this home again. Lori was an outstanding host and communicator.

Quiet Neighborhood Close to Everything
Lovely home. Wonderful front porch with plenty of comfortable seating. All the modern conveniences have been updated while maintaining the unique 40s craftsmen period details. Due to Hurricane Helene we had to cut our stay short, but the host stayed in communication start to finish.

Trying to charge us for a microwave
We enjoyed our stay until an extra $400 fee appeared. The host said the microwave door was damaged and the microwave needed to be replaced. The damage to the door was apparent when we arrived, but thought nothing of it.

Comfortable home with well appointed decor and amenities, in a great location. The home was a bit dusty (ceiling fans and vents) would highly recommend this be apart of the home cleaning between guests. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional!!
We loved this place!!! Very quiet neighborhood. Close to the venue we needed. We loved the front porch with the fans. It’s not too far from the beaches. We will definitely be using this property next year if it’s available. I would recommend it too anyone!!!

Great for a long weekend!
We had a wonderful experience. Lori was responsive prior to our stay, and the house was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect for what we needed and an easy walk or bike to downtown. We will definitely consider coming here again if we return to St. Pete's.

My teen and I stayed here: we were in town for his swim meet at the North Shore pool which was just a 5 minute drive away, very convenient. House was very cute and comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, street parking easily available right in front of the house. Highly recommend.

Gracious, spacious, wonderful rental
This was our 9th winter renting a place in St. Petersburg. It was by far the best. When we arrived, we were impressed with the house. It's an authentic Arts and Craft home, beautifuly painted and maintained. The street is very attractive, filled with mature trees and wonderful flowering plants. The inside lives up to the outside and then some. It's bright and all the furniture is comfortable. The decor is excellent but not intrusive. (Some people load the shelves with knicknacks and the walls with odd photos.) There are plenty of chests with drawers and big closets to store your belongings. The kitchen is well-equipped and all the appliances are modern and in good working order. There are even sharp knives--a first for me! The bed in the master bedroom was good quality. We used the third bedroom (the one with the sofa bed) as a reading room and computer room. It was delightful. There are two sparkling bathrooms, one with a big walk-in shower. And let's not forget the fabulous wrap-around porch with comfortable chairs and tables. Perfect for reading, having afternoon tea or a glass of wine in the evening. It's just a wonderful place. We only had a couple of queries for the host, but she replied IMMEDIATELY. It was impressive all around.

Great place for respite
I stayed here with my elderly parents and my severely disabled daughter while we visited our family in Florida. We loved the location, so close to many of the places we wanted to visit. It was a great respite after all day activities and it was so easy to come back to an inviting front porch or many of the rooms in the home to relax. it was our pleasure to stay here. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
