Pefect Beach Get Away
This house had it all! I was overly impressed with the amount of essentials provided for trips to the beach and even floaties for the little one in the pool. This was a tremendous help for travelers who fly in like we did. The cleanliness of the house was excellent. The location to the beach was about a block and a half away to a walk on access, a little further to a parking acess but not out of the way. The neighborhood was clean and we felt very safe. The house was a great location in comparison to all the surrounding cities in the area to provide many things to see and do.

All the bells and whistles!
From before we even left for our vacation the host Alisha sent us suggestions for activities and restaurants in the area. The check in process was seamless! And then the house, it is amazing but the outdoor space is spectacular. The description doesn't do it justice. It has everything that you could ever think you would need, baby gear, beach sand toys, a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, FULLY stocked kitchen from baking sheets and Pyrex to corn holders and basting brushes oh and a fancy Kuerig that brewer a pot or a cup. We really felt like we were at home for the week. Safe to say best family vacation!

Beautiful home in restful neighborhood
The home was very comfortable. The pool was sparkling and we were visited daily by the wonderful birds in the nature preserve that the property backs up to. The property owners allowed us to check in early. The golf cart was a hit with my SIL. He drove it everywhere. The ONLY recommendation I would give is for blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Other than that. It was a great vacation home to spend a week with your family.

This house was spectacular it had everything we needed plus extra’s that we didn’t get to use. Five stars! The attention to details was absolutely amazing. Fantastic house and location!
This house was perfect for vacation for our family of five. Very clean, well stocked, and just a beautiful house! It was wonderful to have the pool, which we used almost daily! Fantastic location in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was great to have the golf cart to make quick trips to stores and restaurants, and to take supplies to the beach. We never had any trouble finding parking at the beach. The house is located in a very central location, close to Clearwater, Tampa, and St Petersburg. We enjoyed exploring the area! We would absolutely rent this house again!

Great Beach Vacation Spot!
We stayed at this beautiful cottage for a long weekend with friends but would definitely consider coming back with the whole family. The cottage is spacious, clean, fully updated, beautiful and beachy on the inside. The backyard is private with a lovely heated pool. Beach access is a short walk away. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you might need. Cottage also stocked with plenty of towels, beach and pool gear.

Wonderful house and location
Our family spent 12 days at this Indian Rocks Beach home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, the beach and nearby pickleball courts. We also enjoyed walking through the Nature Preserve. The home is very comfortable and worked well. The kitchen was well designed and well stocked, something you do not find in all rental homes. We especially enjoyed the pool and the golf cart. Those were great additions. Thank you so much for allowing our family and furry friends to enjoy your home. All the best to you!

Amazing house!
We loved this house. It is stocked with everything you need - both in the house and at the pool or beach. There are chairs, a beach wagon, floats, umbrellas, towels, lots of kitchen gadgets, etc, etc. Having the golf cart to use was absolutely the best. Easy parking and easy to get around. It has seatbelts so we were very comfortable even with a toddler with us. Nice open layout. Awesome pool. Great communication from property owners. Great location - convenient to everything. We definitely plan to return!

Our first impression was how beautifully maintained the home is, as well as how deceivingly large it is! So roomy, well-stocked, and spotless. My whole family loved the pool, I think we swam in that more than we were actually at the beach. Alisha was super helpful and responsive with my questions and requests. I would stay again the next time we travel down there! Highly recommend!

Had a lovely time at this beach house. The pool was the highlight, and our kids absolutely loved swimming in it multiple times per day. The beach is an easy walk, and our dog loved the dog park just around the corner, but it all eventually came back to the pool; we skipped the beach on our last two days there in favor of the swimming right in the backyard.

Best owners ever!!
My husband and I have rented beach houses for over 30 years. NEVER have we had owners so kind and understanding. Both Barry and Alisha were the BEST!! Now as 60 year olds we wished we were closer to the beach but we rented the golf cart and it was wonderful. And we took care of it like it was our own. When we took it to the beach we put towels on the floor so we didn't get a ton of sand in it. Also last night we cleaned it out. The house was just wonderful for us 4 grown adults. We used the pool everyday. We ate all our meals outside. ( we didn't cook but we did order in) The door lock code worked great. Some we have rented didn't. The master bath if wonderful. As is master bedroom closet is big with lots of room. Fact that this house is a ranch was a plus. The beach chairs were great nice to have them. Please if you rent this house take care of it as you owned it. The owners work hard to keep it nice please do the same. We seen lots of different birds because the wild life preserve is in the back yard. That was cool. This house was clean and we left it as clean and we left it clean. Lots of places to eat but it would have been a good walk with one of us waiting for knee replacement. So as I said we rented their golf cart. TJ was the spot we really liked. Maggie Mays had great breakfast on the intercostal . That was great food and view. We ate at Jimmy Guana that was a blast. Food was good so was service. The service at every place we ate was great. Great beach home
Very comfortable, everything we needed, pool was super! Also, the bikes, wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and basketball and soccer balls were all appreciated. The only downside was loud music played by neighbors for two days.
