House was very nice and plenty of space for all 7 of us. The only negative is house is in need of some minor repairs carpets replaced in my opinion And fresh coat of paint and pool spa repair.other then minor issues was great. Thank you for sharing your home very nice

A little warm but Great Overall!

The property itself is beautiful! The house sits next to a business on one side and a residental property on the other. Quite time is listed at two different times. The guest book states 11pm and the pool sign states 10pm however we utilized the pool till 11pm. The rooms were great and offered plenty of room, but the temperature in one room was warmer than others.The room with the bunk beds and day bed was significantly hotter than the rest of the house.we used the provided floor fan to help with the temperature. The kids loved the pool and the provided fishing poles.

Nice, comfortable, quiet and convenient

House was cozy and very spacious… lots of room, very nice relaxing in the hot tub, while kids played in the pool after a long day. Kids had a blast at the honeymoon beach and strachans ice cream shop… found lots of cool sea shells and sand dollars.. House host were very friendly and super fast with responses to our simple questions… house came fully stocked and well equipped with towels and toilet paper ect… overall had an excellent experience and wouldn’t change anything except the distance from our house ;)

UPDATE PICTURES and house please!

So I understand with the hurricane that went through, some of the damage. But it would have been nice to know about the damage before the booking. For instance the roof was tarped and sand bagged down, all doors were very hard to open and or shut, front main door was a key entry and looks like the same numbers are used a lot for code entry. Back bunk bedroom had water damage/water mold on cieling , and stains on floor. All outdoor furniture was not as in picture's, pool toys were old, deflated, and or broken. The Spa had a seat /bench with a huge chunk of the concrete broken off and the pool had a huge chunk broken too in deeper end.Windows had broken blinds so couldnt close them all at night. Fridge shelf/drawers broken, no ice machine, freezer pull out was broken. Neighbors next door must be a rental as well as they were super loud and we wound up leaving early the am of check out because no one could sleep with how loud they were. 2 houses down was getting fumigated. Master bed had such a huge space between the mattress and the headboard I had to put pillows in between to keep from falling. The spa bathtub in the master had broken buttons and jets didn't work. Master shower took forever to get warm so wound up using kids bathroom shower. Also no outlets were marked, we had to figure out which light worked what in a strange house.I messaged them about the damage and they just metioned about how it is rented out a lot. I would go through and fix things and update!.

Property not maintained

House was not in good condition and needed a lot of maintenance. Holes in roof and tarps placed over it to keep water out. Water damage throughout the house ceiling, flooring, and walls. Hot tub not heated unless you pay 40/day but only heated during hours of 6 pm and 10 pm. Grill was so rusty the doors were falling off unusable. We made the best of it anyway and still had a good time. House was equipped with everything you need and host had good communication.

Family get together

Three couple family members were in the house and our one brother and his wife had their motor home in the place just .3 away. House was perfect for us have get together for dinner, hot tub time and just hanging out. We are from all over the United States so perfect location. Would love to have had one more room with queen size bed but made it work. Didn’t realize that the hot tub recycles itself, so when it was drained, we panicked a little. Would have been good to know before hand. Place was very well stocked. Thank you for a lovely place to make memories

Shabby Chic

You couldn't ask for a better location. Close to everything. Amazingly quiet and you could spend your entire visit sitting on the dock and watching the birds dive the canal. There is an eagle's nest a few trees down and we watched the pair guard their nest the entire time. The layout of the house is perfect for all ages. Private bedroom wings but great communal space both inside and out. The kitchen is perfect and has everything you would need to cook. The bathrooms are great with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. We would definitely stay again.

Palm Harbor Stay

Positives: the living space was great for our group of 7 adults. The kitchen was well equipped and we did a lot of cooking. The pool area was nice and well kept. Communication with prop manager was pretty quick overall and tried to accommodate us.Negatives: Spa was cold the whole time. It needs to be serviced. The mattress in the front bdrm is a 1 on a 1-5 scale. For some reason there is little to no water pressure in the bathroom sink next to the garage. Water in kitchen sink never got hot enough to wash dishes. It’s very close to 19 and right up against a boat yard.

Couldn’t ask for a better home and location

This home was wonderful, clean and fully furnished for a great vacation. The pool and hot tub were very clean. They will even heat the hot tub for four hours each evening for a small charge. The home was perfectly clean and we were very surprised to see how well stocked the house was with dishes and supplies to keep the home clean. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Palm Habor to rent this home. Communication with the host was quick and accurate and we never had a problem contacting them.

Amazing home and property

I would have to say this was the most beautiful place we have stayed in. The host and property manager were amazing to work with. The house was beautiful, the pool was amazing, and you felt like it was your own home for the time you were there. The beds were so comfortable! I highly recommend this home. Any issue we had was promptly attended to and taken care of. We stayed during the hurricane that hit. We were given plenty of notice that we had to be evacuated for two nights but Friday by noon we already were given the ok to return. Everything about our experience was top notch! Thank you once again for the rental of such a beautiful home!

Family time

Overall the property needs work. Beds hard, far bedroom with bunk beds had leak in ceiling so there is mold, top bunk was soiled so we had to wash all bedding, birdcage around pool had several ripped screens, tile around pool needs some work, outdoor shower can’t use cause pipe pulls off wall Dam near hit my son off the head other than that we made the best of it
