So I understand with the hurricane that went through, some of the damage. But it would have been nice to know about the damage before the booking. For instance the roof was tarped and sand bagged down, all doors were very hard to open and or shut, front main door was a key entry and looks like the same numbers are used a lot for code entry. Back bunk bedroom had water damage/water mold on cieling , and stains on floor. All outdoor furniture was not as in picture's, pool toys were old, deflated, and or broken. The Spa had a seat /bench with a huge chunk of the concrete broken off and the pool had a huge chunk broken too in deeper end.Windows had broken blinds so couldnt close them all at night. Fridge shelf/drawers broken, no ice machine, freezer pull out was broken. Neighbors next door must be a rental as well as they were super loud and we wound up leaving early the am of check out because no one could sleep with how loud they were. 2 houses down was getting fumigated. Master bed had such a huge space between the mattress and the headboard I had to put pillows in between to keep from falling. The spa bathtub in the master had broken buttons and jets didn't work. Master shower took forever to get warm so wound up using kids bathroom shower. Also no outlets were marked, we had to figure out which light worked what in a strange house.I messaged them about the damage and they just metioned about how it is rented out a lot. I would go through and fix things and update!.
