Great stay!
We stayed for 4 nights. Conveniently located within walking distance of everything but far enough away from the bussle. Staff easy to get a hold of and always available! Loved that we were able to check out towels, chairs and umbrellas free of charge. Beds were comfortable and clean. If I had to get picky would just suggest more kitchen supplies for cooking! Excellent stay!

Great family get away
Overall our experience was wonderful. Things were much more impressive than I anticipated. Our kids loved it and everyone we met was so wonderful and accommodating. The location really can’t be beat. There were super nice touches like the coffee lounge and a simple rooftop pool and bar with sunset toasts nightly. I was pleased with things like enough supplies for four loads of laundry and dishwasher runs (I think they give you one per night you stay) and the products were high quality. We really loved it. Only minor things were negative like the shag rug in the room being dirty but I think it’s due to being shag (long and catches a lot of stuff) but worn thin and the furniture is not the most comfortable type

Very close to the beach
Unit was clean, close to the beach, and close to stores and restaurants. Offers beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels to guests. There are also chairs and umbrellas on the beach that can be rented. Pool area is nice and also has a bar. Facilities were clean and employees who worked the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely be staying here again on our next trip back to Clearwater!

Great Staff
The property is beautiful and well-maintained and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I thought our room would have an ocean view but it did not. You have to make sure you are in a room with a balcony that is not blocked by the rooftop pool or another structure. Other than that everything was wonderful and I would definitely stay again.

Online showed what I would call an old photo Lounge chairs and chairs and umbrellas not set up for you. Sign them out and then walk 200 yards to beach carrying all your belongings. They are not like the picture. Room and hotel very clean. Great workers. The pool and bar both underwhelming. Bartender was great.

Great girls trip !!
This place is amazing looking just like the pictures. In walking distance to lots of restaurants but then away from the hustle and the bustle of the night life for a quiet nights. Beach was right there and absolutely beautiful!!! Definitely will be back !!

Perfect little slice of paradise!
This location was perfect for our family ! It had 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and everything we needed during our stay, We loved that so many restaurants and shops were within walking distance and the garage parking made it even better. They supplied beach towels, chairs and umbrellas and the nightly champagne toast on the 5th floor bar to watch the sunset was an amazing bonus!

2024 Clearwater Family Trip
We had a great time at Avalon. This was our first family trip and the facility and the team at Avalon was awesome. I really appreciated Tom and Cassie they both went out of there way to make our trip extra special for us. They are the type of team members I’d want at my company. The full service kitchen and laundry was essential for a family of 6 and made our stay feel like home. Beach was awesome as well.

Beach getaway!
We truly enjoyed our stay at The Avalon. Being steps from the sprawling beach was super convenient and made for a stunning view of the sunsets. The fifth floor pool was warm, and not busy. Having the bar by the pool made for a nice late afternoon or evening treat! The reception staff were helpful and friendly. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were complimentary, and always stocked and available for guests. Our unit was quite private, quiet, clean, and very spacious. Walkable to tons of beach restaurants and shopping options. In unit laundry was convenient, and towel service as provided as wanted. Would highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking for a lovely beachside holiday!

The apartment was a bit bland— all white and beige. Very little decor per Se. But pics are accurate. Missing a few things like someplace to put your suitcase except for the floor. Small maintenance things like loose handle on shower door. They replaced broken coffee maker quickly. Front desk friendly and informative. Great to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use.
