The Condo clean and well equipped. The views were spectacular of the ocean and only have one negative Comment. My husband does aqua therapy in the pool every day and unfortunately the pool was not available to us Monday through Thursday. We only had Friday to use it.

Great first Gulf experience
We loved the location and the owners made everything a breeze. Our first trip with clear ocean water in the U.S. and we hit the beach everyday. The privided beach chairs and noodles were so nice to have. Sunsets here are hard to beat!

I’ve stayed in other condos along Gulf Boulevard, but this one has been the best. The expectations created by the listing were met 100%. Was glad to have the beach chairs and the sun umbrellas. I hope I have another opportunity to stay here again. We had a very relaxing time.

Fabulous post-wedding beach time
We are from California and were in Tampa for a wedding. Wanted to enjoy the famous Florida beaches for a few days before heading home. This place was perfect! Beautiful beach. Great location. The condo is tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Comfy beds. AC system quiet and easy to control. Matt was readily available and patient with our TV control challenges! If we weren't so far away, I would definitely return. Thank you Matt and Mary!

This condo is updated and has everything you need. The bedrooms both had TV's. The furniture and decorating was all up-to-date. The sunset views from the large balcony were outstanding. I would definitely return again.

Amazing Beach Vacation with Dolphins!
Everything about our experience was great. Indian Shores is very desirable if you are looking for a place a little more calm and quiet than Clearwater Beach. The location of the property is literally right on the ocean. You can still see the waves at night. We stayed in Orange Beach and Hilton Head before, and both places required a long walk on the boardwalk before getting to the beach. This is not the case here. Matt was an exceptional host. He reached out a few days prior to our arrival with instructions for the property and all of his favorite places. He also checked in the morning after to see if we had questions, and sent an email the day before we left with check out instructions. The best part of our trip was seeing a dolphin swimming 50 yards offshore.

The owner was very helpful throughout the whole process from booking to departing. The condo was very well updated and clean. We had family staying in other condos in the building and this one was by far the nicest. There were a ton of chairs and beach toys so we didn’t have to buy anything! The views were incredibly. The beach was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Restaurants within walking distance. Overall we had a wonderful stay in this perfect beach condo.

Sisters Vacation
The condo is clean and has everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Stayed 4 nights with my sisters and we had a great time at the beach each day but also had a great time at the local shops and restaurants. We especially loved John’s Pass and boardwalk a few miles south of the condo. The condo owner was great to work with and was immediately available for questions. Book this condo. You’ll love it.

Outstanding week at the beach
The property was great, it was very well cleaned and ready for our arrival. The view of the water as you enter the place is amazing. The place had everything we needed for a great vacation from the furniture, the amenities, kitchen supplies, etc. The beach is steps from your doorstep, it was a great walking beach for us and we saw many families with children playing in the surf and sand. We rent through VRBO two to three times a year, mostly in FL and I can honestly say that our host Matt was the most engaged owner we've encountered. From simple and clear check in instructions to touching base regularly during our stay to ensure everything was going well. He provided recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area and was invested in ensuring we were having a good stay. I would stay here again without hesitation. it was a great location, a wonderful home and a great beach.

Wonderful family getaway!

The property was located in a great location. We were able to walk to get meals and ice cream. It was an easy walk down to the beach and they had chairs and everything we needed for our stay. The sunset views from the balcony were amazing! Loved our stay!

Perfect Sister Getaway!
This was the perfect condo for my sister and I to escape to and relax for a few days! Plenty of space to be comfortable with our own bedrooms and full bathrooms. We spent hours everyday out on the balcony and enjoyed the many seating options - high top, loungers, loveseat… something for whatever you felt like doing! We never once heard neighbors through shared walls and were impressed with how quiet the building was. We spent a little time at the pool, which was heated and lovely, but we spent more time walking, running or reading on the beach. There is a closet full of beach things including toys and a number of beach chairs which we were grateful for. We’d grabbed some groceries at a Publix and found the kitchen to have all that we needed for the breakfast and snacking we did there. We opted to eat dinner out each night. Salt Rock Grill, Aloha To-Go, and Doc Ford’s Jungle Terrace we’re great, though there were plenty of area places to choose from! The area felt very safe, the beach was beautiful, and we loved that Indian Shores wasn’t as packed as some of the larger tourist destinations nearby like Clearwater or St. Pete’s. Matt was very available if we had questions though his communications were thorough and made it so that we could access most any information whenever we needed. We hope to stay again sometime!!

Fantastic Sunsets!
The condo was perfect, although we had some rainy days, it was still a nice getaway for us. Little work and more play. Matt was the best host and checked in on us twice during our trip. The only item I missed prior to booking is that the master is not beachside, this is the first place we have stayed where the master was not beach side. However, the living space is very roomy as well as the patio, so I guess it is a trade off regarding the space choices. Overall we had a wonderful time and will definetly be back again for the amazing sunsets!

Lovely Condo - Perfect
I am moving from Tampa to Washington state and stayed at this beautifully updated condo before leaving. The view is amazing - and what you see when you walk in. There is plenty of room, the beds are comfortable, and Matt checked in regularly to see if I needed anything. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying here again!
