Right off the bat the front desk clerk wasn’t the friendliest very Curt and to the point. Other than her everyone else was amazing. Room was clean and cleaned daily which was great. Had full kitchen with dishes utensils etc…only thing I had any issues with was could’ve been a bigger coffee pot not single we are big coffee lovers in the morning but not a huge deal breaker. Restaurant had odd hours so we didn’t get to try. Dance club on site was so fun! Drinks were a little pricey but we were drinking top shelf. Wish we could’ve brought our own drink tumblers down to pool and beach.

Property and experience was lovely. My only complaint is the wash cloths and towels. They were so horrible I was so annoyed, as they were rough and felt like washing your body with a brilo pad.

The staff was friendly. The place was clean. There are restaurants on the property and around the property. It's also very close to the beach and the aquarium. The live music was awesome! I will definitely return.

Check-in was smooth and the room was clean, but even though they advertise “right on the beach,” beach chairs and towels cost extra — despite the resort fee. On top of that, the sea water was a disappointing green, like algae. There were jet skis floating near the shore, and you could even see oil on the surface. As someone who loves the beach, this was really disappointing. The worst part was the late checkout system. When I asked at the front desk, they told me to call at 6 a.m. on the morning of checkout to see if it was possible. So, on vacation, I had to set an alarm for 6 a.m. When I called, they told me to call back at 7. At 7, they finally said “OK” without hesitation. At noon checkout time, many other guests were checking out too. The restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive while serving, but if it wasn’t their table, or if you saw them in the hallway, they completely ignored you — like they were different people.
