Our stay at The Avalon was absolutely perfect! There was 9 of us who stayed in a condo and there was plenty of room for all of us with the best views of the ocean. The staff was very friendly. They were available 24 hours a day if we had any questions. The condo was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bars, parks, a gas station, and the best part, the beach was right there!! They also offered free beach towels and chairs. Our family will definitely be returning!!

Great stay, great property
Room was very spacious and clean. We had a great view from our balcony! The manager at the desk was extremely helpful. The hotel offered nice amenities such as a small pool and rooftop bar. There were also beach chairs, umbrellas and even a few sand toys for the kids which was completely unexpected but very nice! The location was great. We were slightly north of the main drag so the beach in front of us wasn’t quite as busy as closer to the pier, but it was just as beautiful and still within walking distance of several bars/restaurants. One thing to note is that the washer and dryer in our room was smaller than I expected. That said, it was not an issue and certainly not something that would stop me from staying here again, but it is something to be aware of if you plan to do a lot of laundry during a longer stay.

Loved the Avalon!!!
Our family of 10 made so many memories at the Avalon! Each day was a delight-from the beautiful beach views to the welcoming front desk staff who made our stay comfortable and easy. Taylor at the pool pub was especially kind and attentive. The maintenance staff had daily welcoming smiles and kept the Avalon immaculate! Thank you Avalon for everything!

Beautiful place on Clearwater Beach
Very nice unit on Clearwater Beach. It was spacious and clean. Perfect for our family of seven with three couples and a toddler. The only negative was that the walls were paper thin so if you are staying in the bedroom closest to the living room/ dining room/ kitchen area and you go to bed earlier than the others expect it to sound like they are in your room with you. Fortunately we had put the toddler in the farthest bedroom.

We had the best stay at the Avalon! The rooms were beautiful and spacious! Short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Loved that the club comes with beach chairs! Roof top pool was so cute, great view of Gulf Blvd.

Too short to give a full review
We were there less than 24 hours, so didn't get to take advantage of ask the amenities. The property was lovely and generally well- maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our unit had full beach and gulf views with a large balcony. My only suggestion would be to put more comfortable seating with adjustable heights on the balcony. We had hoped to sit out and enjoy a sunset, but the furniture provided was not comfortable and the height (for me) put only the handrail straight in my line of sight. This is a minor thing and doesnt detract from this property. I think it would be a lovely place to spend a vacation.

Amazing stay! Beautiful condo!
Absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious condo! So much room! There were 9 of us and you could still lose eachother in this place. Huge kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Washer and dryer with supplies provided. Breathtaking gulf views. Customer service was incredible. Every single perosn we dealt with was kind, helpful and always smiling. They provide beach chairs, umbrellas and even beach towels. Made our trip so much less steessful.

Large condo with excellent views
Large condo with excellent views of the ocean. Great for a group of friends or family. Beach is less maybe a minute walk through a parking lot behind the hotel. Can walk or take a quick 5min Uber to many shops and restaurants down the street. Place was very clean and came.stoxked with plenty of dishes as well as dish soap and paper towels, etc. Would recommend!
