Comfortable, well decorated unit, conveniently located near the Bay and downtown area. Small but well equipped kitchen, suitable for eating in. Hosts were especially attentive to our needs.
My husband and I enjoyed our first visit to St. Petersburg. We used the Looper Trolley to get around and walked to local restaurants and museums! The icing on the cake was to return each evening to such a cute and comfortable apartment. Loved the artwork and attention to all the things to make our visit comfortable!
We waren hier voor de St Pete GP. Lekker dichtbij het circuit. Rustige buurt. Leuk appartement en schoob, slaapkamers zijn wel klein. Zou er zeker weer terug gaan.
The property is in a great location. We were visiting for an event at Vinoy Park. It was an easy walk to the park. The property was clean and quiet. It is a nice neighborhood and I enjoyed taking a walk around the little pond nearby. The pond is healthy with blue herons, many species of ducks, turtles, and friendly people out walking their dogs.
Bathroom wasn't cleaned between guests- hair in the shower, dirty paper/urine in the toilet, toe nail clipping on the floor, dusty/dirty shelves. Reached out to the host and they said to put the dirty rag wherever I'd like, and didn't mention the nail clippings or hair đ” Furniture just wasn't all that great- couch was dirty, sponge was super old, floors hadn't been swept or vacuumed, counter height chairs were way too tall so can't sit on them to eat or anything, and the place is much smaller than the photos let on (think they were taken with a wide lens)... Super unfortunate because the location and outside are was great.
The place was in a convenient location
A short walk to the free trolley that could get us around the downtown area. Since, we were only there for a short stay it was enough for us, but it is small.
The Artist's Way was a clean, comfortable home base for ua while moving our son into college. Loved the park across the street with the amazing banyan tree and restaurants nearby.
The cottage was so cute, the park around the corner was a nice oasis, and there were nearby restaurants to walk to. This home was close enough for a quick drive to all the places we wanted to see downtown but in a historic quiet neighborhood. Yina was easy to communicate with and responded promptly when we needed to modify our dates. I was a little concerned about not having dedicated parking, but I found a close spot every time we left and came back. I would stay here again.
A friend and I stayed here just for a night to get away for a weekend in Downtown St. Pete. This location was a short uber ride to downtown, perfect for getting to and from the night life St. Pete has to offer! Very clean, easy check-in and check-out. Parking was street parking, but there were several spots available right around the corner. Would recommend!
The location is awesome and is the reason we chose it. It was walkable to Vinoy Park to our music festival and also to downtown. Uber rides are pretty cheap to any of those locations also. There's a nice park, coffee shop, bar, and pickleball close by. Parking is a bit of an issue if you're gone in the evenings as it's all street parking and you may not find anything within a couple of blocks. The area seems safe though.
The place is tiny. There is barely room in each bedroom for a bed and two people can't get dressed at the same time. There are no dressers or night stands. One room has a small closet, but the other one has nothing. You have to open and close your suitcase each time you need something. That's inconvenient over 4 days.
The bathroom is tiny also, and you get four towels for four days for four people. We asked for replacements, but the owner's response was "we're not a hotel, go wash them at a laundromat."
The kitchen was decently equipped but again very tiny.
If you're just staying for a good location and a place to sleep it should be fine, but if you're planning on spending any time there I wouldn't recommend it. Obviously you'll need to bring extra towels. Don't expect any help or assistance from the owners if you need anything.
We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Location is perfect for walking or biking to local restaurants and around the beautiful park just steps away. My husband and I stayed with our 2 year old son for a few days of beach, sunken gardens, and children's museum. We parked the car upon arrival and didn't move it until check out as everything was biking distance. We accidentally left behind my son's beloved stuffed animal the cleaning and management team were so kind and communicative. After we checked out they spent time to locate it and even made a trip to the post office to pack it up and shipp it home to us. Amazing!
The Artists Way was a great cozy apt., with amenities that made it comfortable for a 10 day stay. The free Looper trolley was nearby and plenty of sights as well.
My daughters and I had a lovely stay in October. The location was exactly what I expected. The decor was charming and the property had modern conveniences while maintaining the historic charm for the area. The directions, descriptions, and instructions provided to us were detailed and most helpful. Communication with the host was exceptional, and we were very pleased with our experience.
Cozy, comfortable, walkable in old town St. Pete near great restaurants (The Bier Boutique, Flatbread & Butter). The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. Enjoyed it on the deck outside our room. Would definitely stay here when I am in the area again.
Daughter got married this weekend! Check in was great as was communication prior. Very well stocked home and free bottle of wine. Needed light bulbs and got them right away. Owner took pics for us in their amazing courtyard. Also, they got us a bottle of champagne! Close walk to coffee and also 10 minute walk to downtown! Cool and historic neighborhood. Awesome outdoor space and great place. We loved it!
