Beautiful Home
This home was great for our multi generational family ski trip. It was spacious and plenty of room to hang out. Convenient garage with code entry to go in and remove skit boots and helmet and jackets etc. The gondola wasn’t too far to walk to that takes you to the base.

We had a wonderful time and the house was amazing. Clean, well stocked, great location. The only problem was the batteries, in the remote for the fireplace, were no good. We replaced them ourselves, it was just easier to replace them than calling for help.

A good option for staying in Steamboat.
The house had some issues upon check-in and had to call maintenance to let us in the home due to the keypad out of battery. The heat in the house was also not working, requiring the company to bring space heaters to heat the residence during our stay. Management was helpful and the place fit 5 adults comfortably. Very close to lifts.

Fun couple of days
On our way to the airport heading home we decided to return and hope to have the very same experience! Our location was phenomenal, the shuttle service was spectacular and all of the people were so kind! We had wonderful restaurant experiences as well. 10 out of 10! This property was as beautiful in person, if not more beautiful than the photos! Amazing location, impeccably clean, gorgeous views and proximity to skiing and to town, it was everything we could have wanted. Highly recommend!

The unit was very clean and spacious. We were staying with 2 other adult couples and each bedroom and bath provided privacy to each couple. The townhouse is located within walking distance of the gondola, tennis/pickleball center and many restaurants.

Open, spacious, well furnished and clean with numerous windows for wide views from inside as well as out on the deck. Well furnished but master bed too soft for us. Kitchen well stocked. there are enough towel rings, rods and hooks in master bath, which can't be said for vast majority of places we stay!

Great stay at Homestead 1470
Our stay at homestead 1470 was awesome. The house has everything you need from enough towels, pots/pans, etc. Beware no ice maker though. The shuttle service was such a nice benefit and usually they would show up within 5 minutes. Having the wild horse Gondola within a 2 mins walk was so handy to get to and from the base of the mountain. The shared pool is heated and you have 3 hot tubs to choose from. Our group all agreed the only negative about the house was the couch, however I enjoyed taking naps on it because you sink into it. We went out on the deck a lot and took in the views because we got lucky with spring type weather. We would definitely rent this place again.

Perfect!!
We loved this place. It is beautiful and updated and comfortable and spread out so that everyone has enough space. We appreciated the views from all over the condo - worth getting up to watch the sunrise. We had so much space (drawers & closets) to store our items and truly live in the space. The location is perfect and the gondola access made this place the very best. We will stay here every year if it’s available. We appreciated the small touches — the bath robes, the board games, the cozy blankets, the coffees, — our trip was wonderful and we all agreed (including picky teenagers) that the condo was a huge piece of making it so great.

Perfect getaway
We had a great experience at this beautiful property which started right off the bat as the property manager was very responsive and communicative when I had questions. The townhome itself is very nicely decorated and was very comfortable for our entire group (4 adults and 1 toddler) and had large modern bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with anything you may need…A few things to note regarding the kitchen / cooking (I found out via property manager): there are two types of coffee makers (Keurig and traditional) and the grill is electric. The location is convenient to downtown, plenty of areas to walk around in the morning and close to lots of helpful conveniences (liquor store, grocery store and Starbucks). We would love to stay here again in the future and have no complaints or issues.

Awesome home away from home!
This property was everything we expected’. We had 3 couples in our group and we all had our own bed and bath and the common areas were plenty big enough for all of us. The home had everything we needed to cook meals. The pool and hot tub area was great. Overall a great home for a group of friends or family to hang out summer or winter!
