No hot water and zero compensation for spending 2 days without hot water. A voucher for another property would have been welcome for a few bucks off another stay. Huge inconvenience. No working fire alarm in the room.

Worst place Ever! Water line broke so did not have any water! The staff was so rude! The hotel smelled like urine and was filthy!!! NO WAY it is a 3 star hotel! It was absolutely DISGUSTING!

Shabby but clean and affordable

Check in and check out were easy. The staff was great. They let me check in at 2pm instead of 3. The interior is very dated and scuffed and scratches. There was a terrible smell in the hallways and lobby. Like a weed mixed with fertilizer. The toilet in my bathroom kept running unless you jiggled the handle. All that being said, the room was clean and cool and I got a great deal so I'm happy.

I booked a room at this hotel for my daughters birthday specifically for the pool on the dates of January 10-12, 2025 through expedia, when we arrived I was informed that the pool was out of order and would not be fixed during our stay. I proceeded to cancel the reservation and booked another hotel elsewhere. We are now on January 13th and I was billed the full price of xxx.xx. I called to ask where my refund was and was told by a staff member that NO I would get no refund, and NO I could not speak to her supervisor. I proceeded to call the corporate number for some resolution and was offered no help other than a GMs email address of sean.wyndhamgarden@gmail.com that bounced it back when i emailed it. I do hope somebody reaches out to issue my refund. My next step is to start filming some reviews for my Youtube channel. No, I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstance.

Property needs alot of care. Our bathroom stool was running constantly, had to take the lid off and push a lever every time we flushed for it to fill back up. The lighting in the bathroom is horrible. The 2nd night we came back, our keys would not work, and no, they weren’t near our phones or a magnet, they were left in the truck all day. An old sweeper was sitting outside our floor elevator for 2 days. The walls are extremely thin.
